Dave & Adam's Card World Avis 

I bought from them 2 years ago and they were legit. I bought my kids 3-4 boxes each and they all had normal legit pulls , some great and some bad and packaging was good. In September I bought another couple boxes and it was just ok… like an idiot before seeing these reviews , I spent over $1,200 on boxes for Christmas. The packs were all manipulated because the slid open, they opened WAY to easy.. Even my kids said before even opening that I got ripped off.. I just brushed it off and I said no they are really good. I got them at a special place- praying they would pull something- they pulled NOTHING!!! It was sooooo obvious they are scammers. They open all the boxes and they take out all the good cards swap them for bad cards and seal the packs and boxes back up.. it’s literally impossible to buy 10 Donrus Football boxes and not pull one single card!! Do NOT buy from this place!! Even a 13 year old could tell they were scammers.. they ruined Christmas!! Literally!! I could have bought 5 insane cards for what I paid for 10 boxes!! Do not buy from here!!

Do anyone that reads this review before dealing with David Adams do not deal with them I got ripped off with over 5,800 worth of Pokemon cards with them they'll offer you a certain amount when they receive the cards they'll claim their damage and give you a lower offer they lie to you and they will ship you back different cards than what you shipped them swapped out Joseph Street is a liar and scammers very untrustworthy and dishonest he is one of their buyers. what's supposed to take 48 hours after receiving the package you're trying to sell them took them over a week to respond to me after receiving my package of Pokemon cards over 581 cards I shipped them after contacting the owner Mike fryes my issue was not resolved and his and Joseph s stories did not match up I have proof of them I can post as well so unless you guys like getting ripped off I would not deal with daveandadams card world just to let everybody know pissed off a seller

Have purchased many times from them in the past with no issue. I recently was about to purchase a box of Upper Deck ‘the cup’ which was in my cart at $1495. It was removed from my cart and said that it was sold out, however it was shortly back on the website at $1657. Ridiculous. I felt like I was buying concert tickets. I will take my business elsewhere.

Ordered my first package from them, $250 worth of box sets, they arrived quickly which was great however there was no protective packaging, just a single thin bubble wrap on the top so the corners of two of the boxes were slightly crushed. My biggest issue is that 3 of the boxes, all of the cards are warped so even if I did hit anything good, there wasn’t going to be any value there. Not impressed.

Placed an order, like many others got an email that the order couldn't be processed with a credit card and to send a wire or use paypal.

Never seen anything like this. So sketchy, will buy elsewhere. Hopefully my credit card details aren't leaked all over the internet.

I ordered a package here in Australia and they contacted me in regards to my address not being valid which is a common problem here because I live out in rural, the communication was great between them and the service was fantastic. Quick reliable and great communication between everyone I highly recommend to anyone in Australia to use DAcards or anywhere else for that matter. I can’t believe I got my package from America before I got my other package I ordered from up the road! Will definitely be buying here again

Horrible experience recently. Was sold 3 Donruss Optic Hobby boxes which ended up being retail boxes I could find at target. They charged me over 1k for these and when I called to ask for help the witch put me on hold muttering OMG under her stank breath. She then came back and said her boss said they wouldn’t do anything. These people are major frauds. Stay away

Bought 2 mtg booster boxes. Seam around the front of the boxes. Packs did not open by hand. Damaged cards, but the packing was not damaged. Cards from scourge were included, not special guests, several commons were from scourge. Agregiosly unlucky hits. Bank sided with my fraud claim.

Seriously could not fault the whole process. Buying from scotland made me a little nervous with the unknown customs charges but all in all it wasd a great experience. ordered on the sat and was breaking the boxes after work on wed, amazing!
For all you guys in the US complaining about the prices, come over here and youll see just how good you have it, hence the reason im buying from the US, even with the customs charges i saved Hundreds.
For the guys complaining about not getting any hits. its a risk reward game, thats the chance you take when you get in to this hobby, if it was easy to hit we would all be sitting with £100k 1/1s

SCAM!!! dont order from these people i spent nearly $300CAD for a booster box pre order in January only for them to ignore me.

Bought 1 Mega Box Donruss Optic and 2 Blaster Boxes ( Optic too ). Total waste of money!!! First time buying from them, will never do it again. Very bad experience. I don't want to say anything, it's like it was re-p ah nope, but those packs had bad cards. Not one good Rookie Card! There were like 2-3 packs that were all base cards, no inserts. Overall, it was really a bad experience. I was so excited to get home and open those boxes but was so disappointed.

Started collecting two years ago and only have ordered from Dave and Adam’s. I originally really like them cause they offered free shipping and you earned tiers for special perks, but the special perks were few and far. Started to realize that they are way over priced and it’s just a sham with the tiers and free shipping cause they overprice everything to make up for those perks. Will never order from Dave and Adam’s again and will make it my personal obligation to make all my friends and anyone I come into contact with the card world to steer clear as well.

Scammers just don’t bother

So, lots of reviews I see here are the same issue. I bought 2 Topps Marvel Chrome Sapphire boxes from these guys, and they were clearly resealed. THESE BOXES ARE $700 each... Packs had cuts on the pack to indicate hits/non-hits. You're guaranteed 4 numbered cards in these so they have to put hits in the packs just turns out they just resealed them with terrible hits. Wrapping was also suspicious. They also redirected the issue at Topps, yet this is not their issue. what a scam of a company.

So rude! I asked for help with valuing a card and the response was so rude.

They sold me something never shipped it, I complained they refunded my order. They didn’t ship my order because they sold my order to another person for more money. These guys are crap, don’t order from them they are unethical I wonder how many kids they ripped off today?

I ordered a case of allen and ginter from this establishment on black friday. They run my cc. Then a day later they email me telling me theyll need me to wire them, or paypal them. Talk about annoyin. What business takes credit cards then says “oh wait you cant now u have to wire” ive done 7 figs of transactions over the years in sports… never seen this happen. My advice … do business elsewhere these guys cant even get their payment part together.
