Purchase a gun from these guys over a year ago made easy with their fantastic customer service and knowledge.one year later and I popped in today with a jammed barrel. Mark was extremely helpful and fixed it on the spot after a few minutes of careful work. What more can I say if you're looking for an Air rifle or pistol then there's no place I'd rather go. Great shop and staff!

I made my order online, found the website beautifully laid out and explained in detail all information you would want to know, I was phoned by a lovely man who got me on delivery for the next day, the delivery driver rang ahead this morning to let me know how long, he was bang on, great having a quick chat with him, I can't recommend dai leisure enough, absolutely smashing 👌

Been waiting 8months for replacement stock for a RAW micro hunter after they sold me a stock described as new but was clearly second hand the cheek piece didn’t match the stock the accessory rail was missing they’ve continued to make excuses and lie about why it hasn’t been sorted and delivered. STAY AWAY FROM DAI Lesure

Réponse de DAI Leisure
Earlier this year, you purchased a Walther RM8 from us. Which we delivered in a timely fashion. Shortly after you received the gun, you decided that it was too heavy and could you exchange it for a Snowpeak AP900 in .22. It was explained to you at the time that there were none in the country and that as soon as they arrive, we would deliver the AP900 and collect the unwanted RM8. To date, we haven't received any AP900's in .22. You have since decided that you no longer wish to wait for the AP900, but you still have the RM8 that you originally ordered. We cannot issue you a refund until we have collected the RM8.
Great service from DAI Leisure

Due to my mistake
Due to my mistake, I caused a financial mixup when ordering my new air rifle.
The staff were brilliant, took it in their stride and within 48 hours the new rifle was ordered. Looking forward to visiting the shop. I had heard good things before this but I’m now convinced they put the customer first!

Excellent service from DAI
Excellent service from DAI. I had an issue with a BB revolver. They collected it, repairs were first class and delivered back to me in good time. Once again Paul the driver was first class. Called me with updated ETA while he was travelling and arrived well within the time slot.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else
