Shipping took ages looks like it’s come directly from far east. Item had parts missing, no fitting instructions and the quality is terrible, looks far from what it does on the website.

Apparently you have to return to USA?? They portray themselves as UK based, do not use this company if you are in UK, the return process is horrendous.

Fantastic quality. Really different to other stores. Would highly recommend

If I could give this zero stars I would. Shipping extremely delayed. Products do not look like advertised light fittings. When wanting to return the light we were informed it is an international return which costs over £50. Customer service is so bad. All items can be purchased directly from aliababa or similar once you do some research

Had two pennant lights delivered. Product looks nothing like shown on the website. Poor quality, different colour of wires, dirty and falling apart. Completely misleading. Beware and avoid.

The pendant is absolutely beautiful, the fabric is sheer and very light. The installation was easy and it gives a very nice effect to the room.

Awful quality. Tried to return but advised that I needed to send it at my expense to their offices in the US so accepted a partial refunded. Taking the lamp to the nearest charity shop just in case anyone is desperate for a lampshade

I ordered 2 of the 45cm Minimal Nordic Pendant Lights. They are great and really compliment our decor and room style.
The process from order to delivery was great and delivery was well communicated. Will be looking at the Daisy Aston range for our next lighting purchase.

I don’t think I’ve ever had such fabulous customer service from a company. The order arrived safely and quickly and the product, although not to my taste, was very high quality. Problems arose with the Interparcel DPD return which were not the fault of Daisyaston. Notwithstanding they refunded me straight away. Communication with Amanda was excellent. She was friendly and professional and very reassuring about the whole situation. I would definitely recommend this company thanks to the excellent customer service provided by Amanda

Ordered a light on arrival poor quality, worth £2 not £299. On opening damaged been emailing the company for last 2 weeks keep telling me to keep item and glue and repair myself or return you US cost £100. Company is a scam products are nothing like website.

The choices on the site were unusual (in a good way) and the ordering and delivery process was smooth

Awful. Images used on the site are misleading. Light shade was much smaller than expected and the cost to return was nearly £100. Do not use. Rip off merchants

The crystal circular chandelier is gorgeous. It did arrive damaged the first time due to Royal Mail, however the customer service team resolved it instantly and dispatched a replacement the next day, great service.

Love love love the chip light so much it's exactly as pictured and lovely quality. Gives off a soft warm glow when turned on, it's exactly what I wanted for my study room.

Love this light it looks amazing up never heard of this company before, but really recommend them. Light came really well packaged.
