The ceiling lamps are beautiful and well made. Daisy Aston offer an efficient and friendly service.

I bought the japanese silk crisp and paid £219 for it. The material is very cheap, there colour looks nothing like the picture and there is glue visible everywhere. Additionally the cables are not compatible with a UK plug. Contacted them and I need to ship it back to the USA at my costs…. Avoid

Delivery took up to 2 weeks but was worth the wait.
We bought these lights in both sizes for a slight difference but cohesion across several different rooms.
They look high spec, seem good quality and were simple to install.

Scam website reselling temu style products for a markup. Awful product quality, terrible finish, disgusting chemical smell. Arrived broken. Shipped straight from China - “Royal Mail” tape across the parcel was laughable. Relieved I did get my refund though.

Excellent service from Daisy Aston – great communication and they quickly sorted out a problem that wasn’t of their making. I’d shop with them again.

Lights are shipped directly from china and the quality is significantly poorer than what is photographed on their website. There is no way to cancel an order and if you want to return your item you have to post it back to china at your own cost.

All five star reviews on trust pilot seem fake.

Ordered the Nordic Vintage chandelier and the quality is very disappointing and not at all as pictured. Despite a returns address in the UK, the returns policy/customer services insists on returning to China for a refund, which is extremely expensive due to size of packaging, not to mention the environmental costs. I would not recommend at all.

Amended. Light fitting arrived very damaged. Dissapoitned. Had tried to contact by phone but number not recognised. They did reply to me by email and quickly arranged to send a replacement. No need to return damaged fitting. Second one appears ok. Package did come from China but then a lot if things are now made in China. Restored my faith. Thank you.

I was about to place an order as I am looking for a light fixture from a uk company. Website is great and large choice of products.
However, I wanted to be sure I could receive the items quickly but the phone number does not exist or work ? So I google mapped the address which shows a semi detached home in Birmingham. Not what I was expecting based on the website. I then googled reviews. Not many but all Very Bad. Be ware buyer this could be a fake company. I will not be ordering from this website.

Please be cautious when dealing with this company. Ordered a led house number for £59. Payment was taken but no email confirmation or tracking info. I contacted the company and to my surprise did get a reply but still no order number or tracking given (20 days after the order was placed). My item did arrive direct from China . Packaging was generic and the light quality was poor. The website looks lovely and glossy and they give a UK address. There is no company registered and I note the Facebook page and Instagram page were started Nov 2024 and there is no real
Interaction or authenticity. The phone number does not work. These products are low quality and being shipped straight from China. Very difficult to return.

Worst company item has been lost and will not issue a refund. I have been arguing with them since 11th Feb said I have to wait for the parcel to be found before they will send a returns label and issue a refund. Avoid!!

I was fooled by the website for this company. They are just dropshipping from China. I ordered a lamp but it took ages to arrive and is poor quality and doesn't even come with a UK plug. The image used to sell the light I brought is also on Aliexpress and and number of other companies but at a fraction of the price it is being sold by Daisy Aston.
