Elite level chocolate delivered to me in just a couple of days. I no longer live in Norfolk but still love darkroom! My order was actually a gift which went down very well indeed, thank you to the darkroom team!

Excellent on all levels
Delicious chocolate with a great range of tastes from the different regions. Customer service excellent and no more broken chocolate with improved packaging. Delivery is fast. Can't recommend enough :)

Wonderful range of ethical tasty dark chocolate
I have tried to buy ethical good quality chocolate for a long time because I believe that the producers should be supported properly and that non exploitative relationships should exist in business. Dark Room is a real find. The chocolate is absolutely delicious and each single source bar is has a genuinely individual flavour and the flavour notes do describe the bars. Delivery is always timely and always worth the wait.
The limited edition bars always add different flavour profiles.
This is chocolate to savour piece by piece. Fantastic

The best dark chocolate by far
I can’t imagine ordering dark chocolate from anywhere else. This is still my favourite by far, and only 2 ingredients.
I love the fact that you can order a bespoke box with your favourite bars.

Simply amazing chocolate and lovely company
I get so much out of each and every square of chocolate! Love the variety of taste experience in the range. With only 2 ingredients used you really feel you experience the true flavour of the cocoa variety used and it's so exciting to try a new one, or return to an old favourite. Lovely presentation, packaging and speed of delivery too. Great company ethics. It's magic, wonder and travel in edible form.

The best 100% offerings
Easy to order website and an excellent new product. I have been checking the site regularly for this new 100% Belize chocolate having enjoyed greatly their 100% Philippines chocolate for several months. The new Belize chocolate is wonderful and, to my taste, fruitier than the Philippines chocolate, which has a darker flavour and a wonderful treacle flavour. I would recommend trying both, and decide on your own preference. I will continue to consume both!

Fast delivery. Original illustrations.
The chocolate arrived quickly and I really liked the illustrations on the cardboard wrappers - very original. I bought several bars and it takes me a long time to eat chocolate, so I’ve only sampled one bar so far. It was very good chocolate. I look forward to eating the others (good chocolate shouldn’t be scoffed quickly).

Quality Product
I love dark chocolate and having tasted darkroom chocolate at an independent retailer, decided to order a few packs directly from the manufacturer. The chocolate arrived quickly and was well packaged ensuring the contents remained in perfect condition. There was also a handwritten note in the box which was a nice touch. The box fitted through the letter box which was useful.

Mexican Lavado dark chocolate
I admit I've not had any of the Mexican chocolate that I bought for health reasons.
However, my experience to date with the company has been FANTASTIC.
GREAT support and customer service!!!
I will be going back to buy more - probably the flakes to make cocoa (now there's a sign of faith because I HATE cocoa!!).
