I lost the bracket for my dashcam
I lost the bracket for my dashcam, needed a replacement, searched nextbase, always out of stock, then eBay but a 2nd hand one between £30/£50, rip off. I came across this one from dashcams.co.uk , I ordered it, delivered in 3 days, easy to fit, very snug. It works well with the camera, it doesn’t move about like the original, the nextbase mount ,every time I opened tailgate, the cable would move the camera about knocking the view around , it was irritating, but the one I’ve just bought is not connected to tailgate but onto edge of head lining/ceiling of car, you can tuck cable behind window rubber. I am impressed about this bracket, it’s a good purchase.

Professional and experienced fitter of Dash Cams
Having looked at various companies / reading numerous dash cam reviews I had a conversation with David from Autocams Ltd as to the huge range / different makes and types on offer.
It was clearly apparent he had considerable experience in supplying and fitting these units and in consequence I took his recommendation and within the week he fitted a front and back dash cam to my Mazda CX5.
My confidence in the choice of the dash cam was re-enforced when I learnt that the same unit was fitted to his own vehicle.
Fitting was quick but very professionally carried out with no cables visible and therefore would highly recommend David and Dashcams.co.uk.

I am always wary when buying online
I am always wary when buying online, especially when not from a well known reputable company. I was also unsure if the item they were selling would be a quality product and do what I needed it to do. All my fears were in vain as the product was delivered quickly, of high quality and did exactly what I wanted. Would definitely recommend!

I initially had problems getting my cameras to connect to my mobile, so I called the Ambassador team at Nextbase and spoke to Chloe — and that’s when the magic began. She stayed on the line with me for over an hour, patiently working through every possibility until we finally confirmed the front camera was faulty. A replacement was arranged straight away, and once it arrived… hey presto, everything works perfectly.
Outstanding service from start to finish.
