Very knowledgeable engineer. Very quickly identified problems with 2 electric roller shutters and the relevant solutions. Good communications throughout from initial contact to payment for call out. Would definitely use again.

The engineer turned up on time, he looked at the garage door and gave me two options. He has very helpful and managed to fix the problem.

Such a shame as when I initially contacted them they came out very quickly. After advising a new garage door was required- they took measurements, deposit paid. Took call from what I can only say is someone who needs customer care training to be advised engineer on way to fit door (no previous notice despite several phone calls made enquiring about time frames). When advising them that I wasn’t home and would struggle as I worked and had not had any notice- response was do you want this door or not- refused to give her name when asked several times. Turns out they weren’t fitting door they had in fact not taken the measurements correctly and needed to redo this.
Took another call on Monday (yesterday) advising door was being fixed today- again no notice- my father met them and stayed. As the engineer was leaving he demanded payment saying he wasn’t leaving until he had received this and would stay on my driveway until payment had been received. After having to ring the company again to discuss the rudeness and bordering aggressive-
They then sent an invoice for the full amount- when challenged and advised deposit had already been paid they refused to supply an updated invoice- stating their system wouldn’t let them but were happy to take a manual payment- advised no as to be honest my whole experience and trust in this company was none existent. Customer advisor again turned into rudeness.
In all honesty had I not had paid the deposit I wouldn’t have continued with having the door

They didn't turn up for the first appointment. They didn't turn up for the rearranged second appointment and the robot receptionist doesn't have an option for cancelling, so I rearranged the next visit date for as far out as possible and messaged them with a request to cancel.

Then a very nice person emailed with an apology. I explained that I had contacted another local repair service who had fixed my door and the appointment was cancelled.

Today a nice chap from a national company arrived to fix my door. So apparently I hadn't been dealing with a local company at all! He explained that he had driven for two hours to get to me and that the appointment hadn't been cancelled. He asked if I had received a phone call the previous evening and I confirmed that I hadn't. He was very pleasant and professional but must have been incredibly frustrated. As was I .

Rang them on Wednesday, new door fitted on Friday. Ryhs was fantastic, and very helpful.

RIP off merchants… stay clear!

Charged my elderly mother almost £400 + VAT to replace a simple lock on an up and over garage door.

Avoid at all costs.

Awful, called to book appointment, two days later I have had two automated calls to say they can't attend. I have now arranged someone else, I tried calling them to cancel but after over 10 mins on hold I gave up. Try someone else.

Dreadful service..... Turned up at a time which was not requested..... Didn't bring any spares, incorrectly blamed a battery as root cause of fault when all I wanted was the door to be reprogrammed, and despite numerous offers of a call back to resolve, no call has been received.

Do not call this company. The local number you see on the website is generated based on your location.
They are a waste of time. It is not a company it is a call handling centre. They just send local "garage door engineers" who have no clue. The main object is to first of all charge for a new door, or an overpriced repair. No invoice, they just want paying via an app on the engineers phone. Stay away use someone else.

Awful experience! I would never use again! Spring broke on garage door so booked engineer online to come out to fix. He assessed the repair and said we should expect a quote from the main office £525 they quoted which we immediately refused as ridiculously overpriced, which they immediately dropped to £425, which we refused again! We then had a follow up call less than 5 minutes later saying he would offer £325. How can you drop a price by £200 in the space of 5 minutes?! By this time we were very untrusting and disappointed with the change of quotes so said no to which he said he would send up the engineer for the call out fee of £25 and hung up. When booking it wasn’t obvious that we would have to pay this, which again we were unhappy about but reluctantly paid. Local garage door repairer offered free call out and much more reasonable quote.

Our garage door motor broke. The guy that came out was very pleasant and helpful but they then call their boss to explain the problem. You then receive a call from the main company and the quote was extortionate! I asked for a quote in writing so I could do some comparisons with other companies, I never received one despite chasing for days, I then called a local company to come out, they quoted for free and saved me £700!!!! I’m shocked that this company inflate prices and take advantage of people like this.

I was able to get someone to look at my door within 24 hours of calling. The repair was quickly and successfully completed in about half an hour by a very competent, knowledgeable and helpful young man.

Absolutely terrible company. Arranged an engineer visit Engineer never turned up. Tried to ring the company up. Was put on hold then they ended the call twice. Do not use this company. Not reliable
