Fast, Friendly Service
Fast, friendly service on the initial telephone call and same day visit from the engineer. He managed to solve the problem (a jammed latching mechanism) in less than 30 minutes and adjusted it to prevent it happening again. Very pleased with the overall service.

Dawes were great
Dawes were great. They sent someone out to repair our garage door within an hour.
The man they sent was excellent. He rapidly worked out the problem and was able to replace the parts then and there.

Honest tradesmen
Very polite and cheerful technician identified problem which was merely a failing battery.
Technician then identified new battery online and showed me how to replace it thus solving he problem without incurring further expense.
