Products were really good quality. Delivery was on time and with simple tracking! Delivery guy was polite and helpful.

We’ve visited twice and both times staff have been extremely helpful. Excellent products and prices too. We’ve just DIY’d a pergola, eventually we will be creating a slatted fencing look so will be back again for that!

Great company to do business with. Great top quality products. Only exception was communication, no reply to questions relating to purchase on email or answer machine! They did text & email with delivery details. Driver was helpful and professional. Would recommend this company 100%.

My items were delivered on the date agreed and I was able to track the ETA for my goods online, meaning no wasted time waiting around.

One item was missing but that was delivered the next day (these things happen). The delivery man even helped me to get the goods to the back of my house although that was not part of the terms - great service.

Definitely 5 Star. Everybody in the office very helpful, brought the delivery of railway sleepers forward when requested, took one back and gave a refund. I would recommend them to anybody, brilliant service.

Used decking delivery numerous times great prices and service

Didn’t turn up with the delivery!
I started receiving emails the day before to say everything was due to be delivered. The morning of the delivery I checked progress regularly to see what time the delivery would arrive. 5 minutes before the scheduled delivery time I received a call to say the posts I ordered were not in stock, not on the lorry and not going to be delivered! Cheesed off much! They offered to refund the delivery charge and hopefully they will be delivered next week. Service at it’s poorest.
