I'm having issues with reaching someone
I'm having issues trying to get in touch with someone for the past 48 hours, and all I've received are automated responses. It's incredibly frustrating trying to reach a company when they only offer online communication and no one responds. I have a specific question regarding my account. I set up a bill to be paid June 13th and received an email confirmation stating that it was paid. However, the bill has not been paid with my utility company. My first payment has already been deducted from my account and automated payments are set for every two weeks. If Deferit is not going to cover the bill then I should get a refund and future payments stopped. I've used Deferit multiple times before and have always had a good experience. I didn't want to write this review, but it seems this is the only way to get a response, which is even more disappointing. I really hope someone can provide some type of help with my issue.

What made my experience great with this company is that they are here when you need a helping hand as you know, the economy can have its high and lows so sometimes you’re unable to pay your bills on time but by downloading this app, you will have the opportunity to make your payments on time And not have to worry about your service being terminated I haven’t really experienced any cons so far, so there is really nothing else for me to say far as constructive criticism I thank you for the opportunity of letting me voice my opinion and hopefully in the future, I can get a bigger allowance amount to borrow lol

I love Deferit
I love Deferit, been using it about a year or longer… Beast thing ever for a single person, who is handling all their bills on their own. I use it often food my cell, light and internet bill. It’s a lifesaver, I definitely would recommend this app to everyone!
The only reason I gave it a 4 star and not 5, because I wish the membership fee was a little cheaper, maybe $10.99.

I started using Deferit a few months…
I started using Deferit a few months ago when I was juggling a couple of utility bills and needed some breathing room. I’d heard about it from a friend and figured it was worth a shot, especially since they don’t charge interest or late fees.
The process was super easy. I just uploaded a bill (in my case, my cell phone bill), and they paid it up front while I paid them back in four installments. I really liked that it wasn’t tied to my credit score, and there was no hard credit check, which made it feel less intimidating than applying for a loan or credit card.
Overall though, Deferit helped me avoid late fees and the stress of shut-off notices. It’s not a long-term solution, but for those months when things are tight, it gave me just enough space to get by

I’ve been using deferit for over 2…
I’ve been using deferit for over 2 years just about I’ve had plenty of hardships! However weather it’s a gas bill or phone bill they have covered my expenses and helped me on multiple occasions. If you have questions or have never used this company I’ll be honest they are the bomb no external expenses they meet you in the middle. I’ve been approved over $175 so emergencies or minor discrepancies they have you covered.

The company is not good they are not responsive only way they are responsive is if you try to report them, they use to be good but went down hill and the only way to contact them is by email so if something is wrong with your bill you will loose out on your money because it still have to be paid so unfortunate
