Definitely legit and has helped a few times when I've been tight for cash and really needed to get some bills paid. It's easy to use for most bills but some can be a bit more challenging.

I have been attempting to login to my Deferit but will not accept my password. Keeps saying my password does not match my email address. So I try password reset. Apparently an email has been sent to my nominated email address. However, I have not received it, neither in my inbox or spam folder. It has been half an hour since. I have attempted to contact them, but have no reply.
Not a very reliable service. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Somewhere that is more reliable.
Great company, I was disappointed with the customer service but the manager called me and was very understanding, will definitely use again!!!
After numerous attempts to resolve my bill issue, they kept rejecting my submission, claiming the payment method wasn't clear. To address this, I highlighted and circled the payment details, then resubmitted the same bill three times in a single upload, emphasizing the payment method. Despite these efforts, it seems whoever was reviewing my submission still couldn't comprehend the information. It’s incredibly frustrating dealing with such incompetence.
I had 3 scheduled payments left to pay Deferit back for paying a bill. Instead, Deferit withdrew 4 payments. One payment was more than double the scheduled amount. This was the unauthorized payment. Therefore, Deferit was overpaid. I have reached out to Deferit and there is no response. A phone number is not listed only a link. I used the link to inform Deferit of my issue/complaint. Deferit -0 is the rating they should get.
