I ordered the following items. While I appreciate what seems to be good design and quality materials so far, my chief objection to the products are the size of the logo. You can't necessarily tell from the website. Seriously the logo needs a complete redesign and should be much subtler. The size and the fact that it is white is garish in my opinion. Not understated luxury but screams in your face type branding.

Delicate Leather has agreed to offer us compensation for our mis-delivered order. The Premium Leather Custom Car Steering Wheel Cover fit my 1984 Mazda RX7 like a glove and if feels great as well.

The product is great, but the shipping time needs improvement!

I love the way y’all process my order pretty accurate. I enjoyed it. The only thing is I didn’t realize that the product was coming out of China took a long time at least 3 to 4 weeks too long. I thought I thought the product was coming out of USA. I don’t know if I’ll place another order because of the products coming out of China takes too long. I wish the product was coming out of USA. It would be better for the country at least in my opinion.

I ordered the wrong item and they are very quick responding to my concern. They offered me to semd back replacement without returning the wrong product.

Fits well and works with heated steering wheel. Attractive.

The steering wheel cover for my Subaru Outback is fabulous. It fits very tightly and doesn’t slide at all. My only wish is to have the Subaru emblem slightly embedded so it’s smooth on the hands to turn the wheel.

There was an issue with the item I ordered. Their customer service resolved it to my full satisfaction and in a timely manner.

Was very pleased with the fit in the seat and the correct support on my back. I also bought the cushion, headrest and sunshades. The sunshade is great, even at night. All items I received are well made and the logos on were spot on.

The product was delivered earlier than expected while the quality was more than expected. All in all this was a good experience and my Subaru will never be the same.

Great quality. Was exactly what I was looking for. Service and communication was perfect. Highly recommended, especially if you get as frustrated as I do when things drop in the gap.

great quality for everyday use. Not quite enough support for a 7 hour drive

Items were delivered relatively quickly (not in time for my trip unfortunately). Items were high quality, but I discovered that I was actually more comfortable in my Honda driver's seat without using the lumber or head accessories. This is no fault of the company. It might just be something about my body (my scoliosis, something else?) In any case, I would still recommend the company/website.

Was sent to wrong address all being my fault because my phone autofilled my old address for some reason and i missed it, reached out to there support team and they very quickly resolved my issue and are sending a replacement, can't wait for my product, thank you so much

All their products that I bought were great fit great and makes are ride more comfortable no complaints from me
