I ordered all three sizes of trunk organizers for my Husbands' Jeep for Christmas. We had a fairly substantial issue with one of the organizers. I wrote to customer service, and they were very responsive and handled the problem immediately. The service and quality were so good, I ordered a steering wheel cover too. It is perfect, and he is so happy with the products. High quality and beautifully designed. I will order from this company again.

I recently ordered a steering wheel cover from this company. The quality seems to be decent enough but unfortunately they sent me the wrong item. Upon asking for a replacement they told me I would be required to first leave a review. So here it is. Hoping to receive the product I actually ordered soon.

I placed an order with them for a leather steering wheel cover. I received the item before it was expected. I did have a small issue and customer service was excellent!! I would definitely recommend them.

Ordered a Polarized Sun Visor Sunshade Extender. It arrived in a plastic outer shipping bag with no packing or manufacturer wrapping on the product inside. The product literally looked like someone just found one sitting around and randomly threw it in a bag. It was just pure luck there was no damage during shipment. There was no invoice, no packing slip, and no owners guide inside the package. The return address on the package was listed as "Mr. Chung". It would have been a nightmare to return witout any documentation. They contacted me to post a review which I did, and, to no surprise, my negative review did not show up on their website. The ONLY reviews on their website are 100% positive. You may draw your own conclusions from that. Their website looks professional, but their fulfillment and shipping operation is completely unprofessional in every way. Be very wary of purchasing from this website!

We got off to a rough start because of my bank withholding funds. However, they contacted me and got things straightened out. I bought a steering wheel cover for my Fored Explorer ST the cover is excellent quality, perfect fit, and exactly what I was looking for.

If I needed another steering wheel cover or car products, I would start looking here first.

I was needing a steering wheel cover for the second time and the Chevrolet place only offered full steering wheel replacement
I looked at many products but I really like the looks of this product and I don't mind telling you I am 100% excited over the steering wheel cover it's beautiful it's perfectly made and it looks awesome in my Tahoe.

Probably the worst product I have ever purchased. Bought seat cushions advertised as “leather”. It is the furthest thing from leather. Actually, this crap is sourced from China. Customized? No way. Misleading and low quality. They will offer 70% back to keep their product, even they don’t want it back. Don’t buy!

Made a purchase with the intent for a Christmas Gift for my wife. When I made this there was no time frame of delivery ,but thinking 3 weeks out I was safe .When I received the order confirmation was stated that it was going to be close to Christmas before I got my order, I then sent an email back the same day saying that I would not have ordered if it would not make it by Christmas. Received communication back from Jessica, she made it clear that I would receive my order in plenty of time. Order made it today, let Jessica know that it made it. The product is perfect, just what I wanted. Would recommend this company they are the real deal and great products .

I ordered a wheel cover for my Infiniti G37. Unfortunately, the item with the Infiniti symbol was out of stock. They did send me an alternative version. I was not happy with the alternative version. The customer service team was responsive and found a solution for me. Great customer service. As we all know, things happen that can not be controlled. It is how you respond to the challenge. Delicate Leather met a high standard.

My wife had bad leg pain when we traveled with our truck. Since ordering and using the seat extender she is able to go on long trips with little to no pain.

The product is very good. I would eliminate the sunglasses holder and add more slots for credit cards. The time from the order, until I received the visor, was nearly one month. This could be quicker.
I suppose, good things are worth the wait.

Everyone I talk to there was very helpful and professional and answered all my questions. They're always very fast and responding to any emails I sent no matter what time of day or night. For me the website was a little confusing but I'm at the most technical guy in the world but My issue was resolve.

This company has the absolute worst package tracking ever! I will never order for them again. I will never recommend that anyone order from them! This is ridiculous! there is no way to speak to anyone to find out where your package is. The package tracking platform they use is horrible. It does not tell you how long it will be before your package reaches you. It’s horrible.
