Shopping for a booster seat for my friend was very easy. After finding Delicate Leather and the variety of cushions they offer, it was simple and fun to make a choice—not only of sizes but also color. I am very pleased. It was a pleasure to deal with such helpful & pleasant people.

Truly great experience!!! I ordered the wrong size for my pick up and they sent me a new one (right size) to make sure I was satisfied. This was my fault not theirs - but this company makes sure the customer comes first! Oh and the quality is TOP NOTCH

I bought a heated seat cover for the rear seat. Shipping was quick and installation was a breeze. No instructions but it was fairly straightforward. The quality is great and it matches the interior really well. The heating is quick and feels great.

I ordered a leather bag for a specific set of documents and found the perfect one in beautiful dark brown leather. I was so impressed at the bag and the price that I ordered three more for friends with the same needs. They use them all the time. Very high quality.

I just recently got a new BMW and without delicate leathers seat cushion I don’t think I’d enjoy riding in my new car nearly as much. Their customer service and attention to detail is second to none. HIGHLY RECOMMND.

I ordered a center console armrest for my bmw. Turns out it didnt fit my car at all and found it was very cheap quality. However, they did refund my money without having to send back the product. I thought that was very good of them.

I ordered the sun visor and it came in correctly but I found that the other sun visor option should have been ordered instead.

I contacted customer service and they were exceptional to help correct my mistake.

Despite that I didn't even get to cherish the product as I would have loved to since my car was declared a total loss after only having it for two weeks. I appreciate the customer service provided by the brand because that's what makes a company stand out is when they take care of the consumer. I would definitely order again from delicate leather and would 100% recommend them to anyone interested in upgrading their steering wheel cover and providing their car with a much luxurious style.
