I ordered a steering wheel cover for a Honda Accord and they sent me a cover for a Honda Civic. They want me to pay return shipping and a 20% restock fee for their mistake. I will never order from this company again as they are a complete scam.

I had an issue with the shipping company and customer service at Delicate Leather helped me sort it out and got me my product right away! The quality of my steering wheel cover is wonderful as well!

Ordered two gap seat fillers and was very pleased with the quality of the product. Gave one to my wife, one to my daughter and then ordered one for my car.
My wife's 2026 MB did not have a visor that extended when it is on the side. We purchased the Delicate Visor and it fits right in, quality that fits the MB package.

I ordered trunk organizer for my BMW. It was advertised as an accessory for that particular car. The total cost was $65, so I expected good quality. The shipping time took about 2 weeks. I received it yesterday, it is VERY poor quality. I have requested return information and was offered 80% refund and keep the product...that I don't want!!
I'm currently waiting for a refund!

I could not be more impressed with the customer service from Leather Delicate. I had an issue with the color of a few items not matching the Deep Red armrests I had ordered, and their response was exceptional.

They immediately worked with me to make sure the steering wheel cover and headrests would be replaced in the correct Deep Red color, at absolutely no additional charge. They even told me there was no need to go through the hassle of returning the original items.

It is becoming increasingly rare to find a company that stands behind its products and genuinely cares about making sure the customer is happy. Their communication throughout the process was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful.

The products themselves look great, but the level of customer service is what really impressed me. I would absolutely purchase from Leather Delicate again and would highly recommend them to anyone considering their products.

I ordered a steering wheel cover for my 2025 Ford Mustang Gt Convertible. The delivery was quicker than quoted and the quality was very good!

Unfortunately I had a "D" style steering wheel and I received an "O" type.

I emailed customer service regarding this issue and within 2 hours I received an email response back with a resolution to my issue. They agreed to replace with correct one FOC.
