I purchased the flannel leather leg extender cushion and it is really nice. The flannel is nice and soft on your legs and the leather parts are nice and soft was well. Also, their email support is excellent. They responded very quickly to all my questions.

I'm impressed with the quality of my steering wheel cover and definitely impressed with the quality of Jessica and the support team. You could see that the product was well made and definitely lives up to the advertisement. As for the support team, they were very responsive in helping me track down my shipment. They got back to me within 24 hours with a resolution.

Very prompt reply to my inquiry of replacing the steering wheel cover which was too large for my steering wheel. I do not appreciate the fact that I am required to post a review before a replacement would be sent.

I ordered a D designed steering wheel cover for my 2025 Dodge Charger EV. It came pretty fast in the mail but when I opened the package I realized that I ordered the wrong color. I was sure I would have a hardtime exchanging it but the customer service was fast and very understanding. They offered to send a replacement immediately.
I truly appreciate a good trustworthy company with quality products and most of all fast direct customer service.

The ordering process was easy. The package shipped Ina decent amount of time. The packaging wasn't sturdy and there was a small problem that the seller was willing to correct immediately. So great customer service. The quality of the purple floor Mats was pretty awesome otherwise.

After accidentally ordering the wrong steering wheel cover, I contacted customer service expecting to be told that I would have to pay to return the wrong item and a restocking fee, etc. On the contrary, I was informed that a new (correct) cover would be sent out immediately and I was not required to mail the old item back. Very grateful for a quick response and easy solution!

The Leather Bike Polo Gloves I ordered were very beautiful but unfortunately too small. I emailed customer servcie with the issue and they responded immediately, offering to replace the gloves with a bigger size, free of charge.
