No shipping updates and Customer Service that had no information!
**I would be happy to provide to TrustPilot for verification PDFs of all email conversations, orders and tracking websites for evidence.**
UPDATE: Delicate Leather contacted me this morning (8/3/2026) with an offer to issue a refund for this order for the problems with the shipping updates if I would _remove_ this bad review. (Full text PDF of the conversation is available to Trust Pilot including all PDF copies of orders and order inquiry emails sent asking for shipping updates with responses that only _added_ days to the original shipping estimate.)
Delicate Leather claims the issue is with the shipping company not issuing updates on packages to them. ***---> Then stopping using this shipping company!! Solve your problem yourself.
Note: One of the point of reviews is to stop the practices that companies participate in that generate the bad review in the first place. By removing the review and taking money instead this is only **hiding** their problem from other customers who would also face this issue. That serves only the Seller and not the Customer base.
This company is another Customer Service nightmare. Stating delivery timeframes, then never providing any updates even with multiple documented written inquiries.
The only Shipping Update they can provide is a "Label was created" 7 days ago but no evidence a product actually shipping. Nothing whatsoever. (3) different tracking systems now. Their own internal. Shop App (used by many companies, which says the merchant refuses to send updates) and GoFo (dot) com.
Terrible Customer Service that simply makes excuses but provides no answers. The typical off-shore shipping circular runaround with promised dates that are never met.
**I would be happy to provide PDFs of all emails and tracking websites for evidence.**

When you order you are given a tracking…
When you order you are given a tracking number that cannot be found on any search engine in the world. Shipping takes absolutely forever. They've had my money for almost 3 weeks now and all the tracking says is info received. Apparently a steering wheel cover is brought over from Vietnam on a fishing dingy. The company just responds with automated boilerplate. I assume I will eventually get this thing but had I known it would take this long I never would have ordered.
