The customer service for this company is amazing. It addressed my issue and handled it professionally. Great product and service. You can’t ask for anything more.

I ordered an item that came in expected condition, however I did not choose to keep the product as it was no longer necessary for me. The customer service team at Delicate Leather was very helpful and coordinated a return plan for me.

Unfortunately, the steering wheel cover I ordered was the wrong size for my vehicle. However, I am giving 5 stars because of the excellent customer service. They responded almost immediately to my email and are offering a free replacement in the correct size. Highly recommend doing business with a company that stands behind their products so well!

Buyer beware if you have to send anything back for a refund. I followed return instructions to the detail and paid $30 for shipping only to have it returned. No customer support at all.

Although the title called it a premium leather Boho steering wheel cover, the company pointed out to me that in the description farther down, it did say it was fabric. My mistake. I am sorry to have left a bad review at first, but they are responsive and willing to talk- a sign of a good company.

Ordered on 7/5/2026 and received on 7/13/2026. Advised them after I ordered that I was unable to apply the 20% discount they offered. They immediately applied that refund to my purchase via PayPal. The seat cushion is well made and looks good on my new BMW 330I. Thanks Delicate Leather!!

The product that we received is of top quality! The customer service was absolutely amazing and response time was more than exceptional as well. I would highly recommend to any of my friends family and my current real estate customers that I deal with on a daily basis, which are all high-end clients.

Definitely well made genuine leather steering wheel cover with a premuin look and feel. Well worth the money. No regrets.

They were quick and efficient on helping me get a replacement! I had to replace a steering wheel cover that was damaged during install they helped me find the problem and sent me the one I needed! Would definitely shop here again.

Please note that this review is in regards to the Customer Service I received with my order, not necessarily about the product I purchased. So, I purchased the 5D Universal Car Steering Wheel Cover for my wife and I, thinking that the outsized portions on the cover would be comfortable and ergonomic. Unfortunately, while I immensely enjoyed the cover, my wife did not, so we had to return it. The customer service for the return we received was exemplary. The return process was extremely easy, transparent and fast. I would absolutely purchase from Delicate Leather again, knowing that if I have any issues with my order, they will 100% take care of me.

I appreciate a company who makes quality products they stand behind. The Delicate Leather support not only helped me select the right cushion to fit in my car, they also stood behind the product when I noticed a tear in the leather. Who could ask for anything more? A quality product that is backed by the company. We need to travel to the hospital every two weeks for the next year for my wife's infusions. I am very pleased with my customer service experience with Delicate Leather. After contacting them regarding an error with the product I had ordered I received a quick response from customer service. They asked for photos which I then sent to them. Within an hour of sending the requested photos I received a reply from customer service that a replacement was being sent and apologized for my inconvenience.
