I bought neck pillows and steering wheel cover. The customer service is really great. Very quick to respond and very friendly. Also I love this store as this was the only place I found that had a color that matched the new 2026 Tesla interior called “light cream”. They should probably advertise this as this is very hard to find. Most places just have white or beige which don’t match the light cream. They have what matched perfectly.

This strap is amazing quality and worked exactly as described. The Velcro is positioned so it does not ruin your clothing and the length of the strap cover is wonderful! We bought this for our airplane seat belts and have been very pleased.

I would recommend Delicate Leather to anyone seeking quality leather products and exceptional service. As an Author and Songwriter, the above line might sound like a 'throwaway' line, but after surviving a five-year cancer journey, my wife and I were planning a cross-country trip in our car. I bought several comfort items, such as seat-belt shoulder cushions, neck and back/lumbar support systems. All the items were high-quality products, but it was the old-fashioned person to person service that totally impressed me. I received personal updates on questions I raised and shipping status. Do yourself a favor and give Delicate Leather a chance to prove this review is accurate and true!

Huge scam I order a there product. Doesn't even match what they post about the product. Complete scam!

I ordered a ventilated seat cover that was on sale. Received order confirmation. A few days later I received an email saying it was out of stock and they were going to cancel my order. I emailed them saying not to cancel, and if it wasn’t available maybe they could substitute a similar product? I received another email with order confirmation, then, last night I received an email saying that my order was canceled and they were giving me a refund. I didn’t want a refund. I needed a seat cover😡
