The quality of the seat covers were top notch. The quality is first class. Any issue would be promptly addressed by the customer service. I would definitely be another seat cover for the backseat of my vehicle!

Although I was not fully pleased with my product the customer service team was wonderful and easy to deal with. I would definitely do business with them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If they had the option for zero stars, I would write that. Ordered a Toyota steering wheel cover. Received an Infinity cover. When trying to process a refund, THEY WANTED PICTURES of wrong product. Once I sent pictures (reluctantly), they offered a full refund in 4-8 business days. We are now on 10 business days with no refund. When I emailed the company (the only way to contact them), they said they needed an additional 3-4 business days to process refund. I will provide an update in 3-4 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I placed an order, and four days later I was told that they cannot ship to my location. This information should have been clearly stated on your website before allowing the order to go through.

Your site advertises “FREE Shipping On All US Orders Over $179,” which is misleading if there are shipping restrictions. It would save customers time and frustration if the unavailable shipping locations were listed upfront.

It works! I no longer have the chest strap of the seatbelt strangling me across my neck. It was a bit tight to snap close, but with the help of the tech support (which was vey supportive), I was able to snap it shut in a position to keep the seatbelt a little misread slack.

I was sent the wrong size fir my car . Got in touch with Jessica . She straightened every thing out . Right size order . Got it fast . Fits great . I asked about shipping the smaller 1 back they said not to worry . Just keep it . Im going to ship it back anyway ! This a scam. I ordered a grey steering wheel cover as advertised on the website. I received a black cheap cover that was not what I ordered and that was not even on the website. I emailed them to send the correct one and take this one back. They did nothing. I had to file a dispute with my bank. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

I recently ordered a custom steering wheel cover from Delicate Leather, and while my initial order arrived without the requested logo customisation, what happened next completely blew me away.

As soon as I received the product, I contacted their support team with photos and a copy of my order. Despite being based in Australia and them in the USA, the response was almost immediate. No back-and-forth, no excuses, just outstanding customer service. They acknowledged the issue straight away and are sending the correct customised cover without question.

I purchase a lot of products online, both locally and internationally, and I can honestly say I have NEVER experienced this level of customer care and resolution. Many businesses could take a serious lesson from Delicate Leather when it comes to customer satisfaction.

On top of that, the quality of the steering wheel cover itself is absolutely beautiful, premium, well-crafted, and clearly made with care.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

Placed an order for a car seat and back rest. Received an email 5 days later giving a production and shipping timeline. The following day, received another email stating that the item I ordered was out-of-stock and offered two alternatives I could chose from and they would give me a $10 refund if I chose one (bait & switch). Only problem was that according to their website the alternatives were $50 dollars cheaper than what I had ordered and weren't even made of leather. Of course I responded to their email and turned down their offer and indicated I wanted my money back. I received an automated response from "Jessica" indicating someone would get back to me in 1-2 days. I received an email indicating that the order was canceled and they would refund my money. A few days later I received another email indicating that the order was canceled, but no refund had been processed yet. It indicated it would take 2-4 days. It's amazing that when I placed the order it only took them a matter of moments to debit my account. Finally received a refund, however they held on to my money for over 2 weeks. Would not recommend ordering from this company....
