A: We use a range of couriers depending on what you order. For orders dispatched with DHL or TNT we dispatch all orders received by 4:30pm on a next working day delivery - absolutely free of charge!

Very helpful on the phone when chasing…
Very helpful on the phone when chasing the order up as the courier had failed to contact us on delivery date to see if we were in but it was at no fault of theres, the lady on the phone was great in finding out what had happened and it arrived the next day.

I didn't expect to weld it brand new
I didn't expect when I bought a fire pit for £99 that I would have to weld one of the side holders of the mesh lid because it was unwelded, also when I tried to lift the flat lid and the handle unwelded stayed in my hands and I had to weld that too.
Otherwise looks solid, that’s why I’m giving 2 stars instead of just 1

An excellent dishwasher
Super fast delivery and prompt reply to a couple of queries. Thank you!
A fantastic dishwasher, and with the extra height (fits just under the 'standard' 60cm gap below our wall unit), it gives you two drawers to hold your dishes etc. The top drawer is for cutlery and will also fit items as high as a standard cup. Plenty space here. The large bottom drawer is very roomy compared to our previous single Zanussi drawer benchtop unit, and will hold tall plates (28cm easily) - a problem with my old dishwasher. It also holds them securely - plates will not fall over! Plenty space for cups, soup dishes etc.
All in all a big upgrade to our old dishwasher, and the extra space means we only need to run it every 2-3 days (only 2 of us in the house). Highly recommended.

Only uses 14 volts
Definitely worth the money.

Great service and product
We have a 8 month old German Shepherd who is fed a raw diet and were going on a 8 day caravan holiday and didn’t know if would be available so were looking for a solution. I had a question leading up to the purchase and was delighted with the response on the online chat. It was delivered very promptly. I chilled it before putting it into the car and filling it completely. I used the car power supply for the 3 hour journey and it then sat in the caravan awning on the mains power supply for the duration. It was hot in the awning during the day throughout so I made sure there was some fresh air supply to the motor and it worked perfectly. It scarcely makes any noise and we are absolutely delighted with it.
