Excellent Camping Fridge-Freezer
Helpful and prompt response on the online chat to answer my initial enquiry, super fast delivery, well packaged.
Delighted with my new car/camping fridge-freezer, looks good, and gets surprisingly cold! Currently using as an overflow fridge in my kitchen, cant wait to use it on my upcoming camping trip, fingers crossed the UK weather remains fair and I need it to keep the wine cold :0)

Honest and true to their word
What a pleasant and easy company to do business with, I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars. I had a problem with an ice cream maker I purchased. I rang them and what a refreshing experience it was. The lady ( Victoria ) who answer the phone could not have been more helpful, she understood my issue and suggested a couple of possible solutions, after a short discussion I chose the option that I felt was best for me. She instantly took ownership of the resolution, kept me informed what was going to happen and when, and true to her word it all went to plan and on time. It is never nice to have a problem, but when you do this is the type of company you pray and hope for honest and true to their word.

Too hot to handle
Camping nearby our coldbox gave up in the extreme heat, looking through the Internet and I found Dellonda as only a online store. A quick phone call to Bailey in the office, explained to him the problem and enquired if he could help. Told him what fridge/freezer we would like, without hesitation he said no problem pay on line and I will get it ready for collection within 1 hour.
Very happy,brilliant service and a brilliant piece of equipment many thanks to Bailey.

Item arrived scratched and dented
Item arrived scratched and dented. Chimney parts not flush when screwed together. Very disappointed also that despite sending messages on day of arrival and again today, I have had no reply.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed, can’t get the stone hot enough! Tried a mixture of kindling and pellets. Top cooks great thin base is just not cooking!

I'm sorry to hear you're disappointed and having trouble getting the stone hot enough to cook the base of your pizza properly — that’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers.
We would recommend using a mix of hardwood, wood pellets, fine kindling, and firelighters to get the fire going. Once the oven reaches the desired temperature, it’s important to continue topping it up with pellets through the easy-access hatch — otherwise, the temperature can drop quite quickly.

Brilliant customer service. Called for a fault on a 4 year old 12v fridge. They pulled up the order details, spoke to technical and sent me a part out (chargeable). All from 1 20min call.

Using DHL eCommerce fir delivery is…
Using DHL eCommerce fir delivery is expensive. We had to travel to Darlington to collect the item as it was sent 'sign for'. Fir the value of 4.99 this was a waste of time as without 'sign for' DHL would have simply pushed it through the letter box. Maybe us Royal Mail?

We needed two replacement garden dining…
We needed two replacement garden dining chairs to replace some that had worn out. They were no longer available from the original manufacturer but these were a very good match. Very pleased with the quality at such a great price and with super fast delivery. Ordered on Friday and delivered a day early on Monday.

Exceptional customer service
We love our Dellonda camping fridge/freezer. It’s been amazing for every camping trip with our four kids and so versatile too. We’ve had it for a number of years and it’s never missed a beat. However, there was some liquid damage to the control board and it stopped working. So, I got in touch with their support to see if I could purchase a replacement board. I received a swift and clear response and was given a price to replace the board, which was excellent. Then when I proceeded to purchase the replacement, it was even cheaper than quoted, which was a pleasant surprise! The replacement board arrived very quickly and installing it was very simple. We’re so impressed with this excellent level of aftercare and would highly recommend the brand to other people. I will definitely purchase from them in the future, although given the reliability of our current fridge, that may be a long way off!

l had a problem with my wine cooler
l had a problem with my wine cooler. The temperature control would not work. I called Dellonda customer service and to my amazement a lovely intelligent lady answered the phone after 15 seconds. I explained my problem and she sorted it out in a couple of minutes. Very helpful and polite. What a change from the usual customer service dept multi nationals like EE, Vodafone, Lloyds bank, British gas etc etc that keep you hanging on for hours listening to ridiculous music and messages and when they answer you get put on hold for another millennium whilst they transfer you. Dellonda is a proper company like we used to have in this country before Wotsup chat, Ai and all the rest of the crap that we are fed.
