A: We use a range of couriers depending on what you order. For orders dispatched with DHL or TNT we dispatch all orders received by 4:30pm on a next working day delivery - absolutely free of charge!

Top notch customer service
I originally tried to buy my wine cooler via Amazon but had a nightmare with their delivery driver refusing to deliver to my front door. Dellonda customer service was excellent and in the end I cancelled my Amazon order and purchased directly from the Dellonda website. Delivered promptly as directed, well-packaged and handled with care.

Would highly recommend
After ordering on Amazon and receiving a damaged in transit fridge freezer, I did the usual aggravating Amazon chat, I got so annoyed with their nonsense that I called the company direct. Cue harp music and angels! For the first time in many years I felt heard, I felt like a valued customer but above all, everything was resolved within 24 hours! The damaged fridge was collected, we were in a position to buy another before returning damaged one, which they rightly need back before issuing a refund, the new one turned up at the same time, amazing coordination with the delivery company who I also have to say we’re amazing. We will be buying from here again, the fridge freezer is the only one after extensive searches online that would fit the space available and for the price we are very pleased, garnished with exemplary customer service I can’t fault this company.

Very positive experience and product
Very positive experience from website - through Ordering process and delivery
Product is as advertised - great product and great price.
Only small issue - when bolting the rotating mechanism to the base - the Allen key is too big to tighten the bolts either from the side or through the top opening.
Would be easier with smaller Allen key of more space between bottom bracket and top bracket.
Apart from that it is a great product

Replacement handle
I contacted Victoria who posted the replacement handle. Once received we realised it was the wrong part as the handle comes in 3 parts. Victoria was great looked into the problem and posted the 2nd part to the handle. Unfortunately the handle still did not fit. Victoria got onto the case and found out the handle had been remodelled. Victoria came up trumps and posted the 3rd part.

Fantastic customer service
BBQ turned up the next day as promised. Really easy to put together and looks great. I damaged part of it when putting it together (all my fault nothing to do with the BBQ) and when I asked customer service about buying a replacement part, they sent it to me free of charge, next day delivery! Couldn't ask for more and will definitely use again.

Delicious ice cream made by novice
My ice cream making machine was delivered very quickly, which was a real bonus. Having lactose intolerance and being diabetic I can alter ingredients to suit my needs. Which is very handy. Have made delicious ice cream's. Vanilla, Coffee, Mint chocolate and Strawberry so far, with many more to choose from. THANK YOU
