A: We use a range of couriers depending on what you order. For orders dispatched with DHL or TNT we dispatch all orders received by 4:30pm on a next working day delivery - absolutely free of charge!

Quite happy with the result but i would have given five stars if i had been able to send the broken one back for a repair , seeing it had just come out of warranty. A saving of buying a new heater may have been more beneficial

Overall quite seamless from placement…
Overall quite seamless from placement of order to receipt of goods. I would like to have bought both the fridge and the 240 volt adapter direct from Dellonda.
However the fridge was cheaper when ordered through eBay 🤷♂️. I couldn’t get the adapter from eBay 🤷♂️.

Chewed up remote!
Our puppy decided to chew up the remote for our Dellonda glass panel heater. Fortunately we made email contact with Maddie in the Dellonda customer support team.
Within hours a new remote was dispatched and has Chewednow arrived.

Much better than Amazon. No issues with DHL kept me informed. Heard knock on Door. Driver had already offloaded from his van my order. Three failed attempts to get this order from Amazon due to DPD
Will go direct to Dellonda in future as price is competative and i got next day delivery no issues!😃
