You are seriously asking me for a review after you have destroyed my entire season? Over half of the samples that you tested as "female" ended up being 100% male... I wasted thousands in soil, amendments, time, and electricity for months, nurturing male plants. Now, I have to wonder how many of the plants that I threw away because you said they were male, were actually female. No one at Delta Leaf has responded to emails or phone calls. A refund would be nice, but it would be a drop in the bucket compared to everything I've lost because I trusted you. Be warned. Delta Leaf is NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

This place is a scam. They do not answer emails or phone calls-directly. It must be some sort of call center because they will call you back or message your phone but selectively and generically.

They will not test your samples- I don’t think there’s even a real lab. I paid for 4 tests- got “results” on one plant- then nothing- they never tested the others or gave me anything else. They give everyone a very similar story- “we’re delayed because we got the wrong enzymes” they’ve used this line on multiple people at different times, including me. Then they give you a “partial results list” which is really just made up BS designed to put you off a few more days/weeks to perpetuate the scam and get more suckers to buy in.

We’re a full month later and I have since gotten zero correspondence from them after the first few convos. Do not use- you will lose your money. This a made up place with made up lab techs to do fake testing on your cannabis. You’re gonna get better results giving your samples to a unicorn

I sent in 5 test ,got results from one ,after a email was sent saying they used the wrong enzymes,and would test again ,so now I don't trust the rusults of the first one and the other 4 no response ,I emailed ,no response , 75 dollars down the drain and I'll never use this lab again

i still havent gotten my results. ive emailed text called. ive gotten no responce. you recieved my samples june 27th. tested them july 11th. i talked to somone on the 12, they stated that i should have recieved them. nope nothing. please give mey results.

I NEVER GOT MY RESULTS. Called twice to be told they would follow up. It has been 45 days since I returned the samples. STAY AWAY would be my advice.

I'm very disappointed. After waiting 2 weeks I had to reach out to them to find out " they had a problem ". Then had to wait almost 2 weeks longer to get results. Waste of time and money

I have yet to Receive any kind of communication from the company since I shared the spreadsheet as directed and mailed my samples to them.

I ordered once before when the company first got started, or at least when they were still working out the kinks with the assays. After a few hiccups, the company finally developed an amazing process that expedited the process. With the hiccups, they made their best attempt to remedy the issues, mainly by giving me a few free retests. This last time, there was no need for any retests, I got my results in a timely manner, plus, the tests were accurate in there results. I am a believer. Thank you.

Why sample with smush tests? Just send vials for samples to be dropped in, add reagent, and go. My samples took 4 weeks + from the time you received to the time the final results were updated.

I called in today to ask about a few tests i was going to be doing, was given all the info i need and they made sure i understood what to do before they let me go, great customer service!!

Took five weeks to receive answers that were promised within three days. Even if it takes 3 days per round of testing as they say, there's zero reason 3 rounds should have been stretched over 5 weeks. 9-10 days maxwould be appropriate.

Support was responsive when I called. I messed up the package and left them with no way to identify me. They gave me credit before finding my package and they still sent my results.

In general, it seems to take a couple weeks to get a result which is a little disappointing but I will use them again because their price is the best I have found.

Get feedback timely fashion

Do not do business with this company! They will take your money, lead you on, and then poof they are gone. They will stop returning your calls. You will get nothing from them. You have been warned. Do not waste your money.

Terrible turn around time … takes 3/4 weeks to get back test results not just one time 3-4 times now … all different reasonings as to why it keeps happening … I understand things happen but not everytime

I ordered plant gender kits. They arrived in a timely manner. When I sent my samples back I know the results in days. Great product!

Wonderful inexpensive plant sexing. Estimated finish date would be useful as plants can get a bit overgrown in small pots before results are in. But overall good service.

I sent off 2 samples for DNA fingerprinting over a month a ago. 3-5 business days have long passed!
