Happy with the service
I was happy with the results and the process. My initial results were incomplete and required further testing, which I assume is normal. The additional test results were said to be expected within 2-3 business days, but they weren't provided until 10 days later after and inquiry from me. I haven't reached the flower stage yet, so I'm not sure if the results are reliable, but I assume they will be. Thanks for the useful service

Dear Casey,
Thank you for your feedback. We realize that turnaround time is one of the most important factors in Plant Sexing (second only to accuracy). That's why we require two matching confirmed replicates before we finalize a result and show the full set of results for all replicates along the way.
It looks like we received your samples on 5/9/22, entered them into our processing queue on 5/10, then sent an email with a confirmed result for all but one sample on 5/12/22. I see the second round of confirmation to obtain double-confirmed replicates for a few samples took a bit long and weren't delivered until Sunday 5/22/22. I've just added 150 points to your account to offset the one inconclusive result and delay on the retest. Thank you again for your valuable feedback - we aim to constantly improve so that we can delight every single customer.

This was my first time using Delta Labs and my test came back 100% accurate and quick. I will definitely be working with them in the future.

You rely on people having gmail…
You rely on people having a gmail account to view the sample intake form and the results. That became a bit of a burden when I couldn't download the sample intake form and I emailed two different e-mail addresses associated with delta leaf on two occasions each and got no response. Had I been told when I initially ordered the tests that I needed a gmail account I would have just used me personal e-mail and not my work e-mail which is outlook. That complicated this entire situation and you guys should really fix that.

Delta Leave Me Out
Why would I be giving Delta Leaf a review before I have the 2 weeks-old results for my PAID 16 plant tests?
You need to get off of the internet auto-respond software. Get real kids - how can I review what I have not yet acquired?
Your company is sinking. My review will be ruthless, guys. So keep on sending these review reminders and See what it brings. You will not ne happy.

gender test's at the tips of your fingers..
i just did my first grow with these ,, make sure two get good samples..i have done a few since.. seems like the retesting takes a while...i have always had them ,,, one test said i had a male and it was female... just the one so far...i still like them seems legit... still cheeper than growing if you weed out the males ...

My tracking says my order was received…
My tracking says my order was received and signed for last Friday (8 days ago) and i sill haven't even gotten an email saying they have even received my tests. First time I ordered with delta it was the holidays and It took 2 months for me to received my data. I was hoping the hollidays were the issue. Obviously delta leaf is under staffed. Looking like I'm about to have the same experience and just won't give you my money anymore. This is beyond pathetic. Luckily locally a DNA test company just opened up and they promis results in 48 hours which is what I expect. If I have to wait 2 months for results I might as well just sex test my self with light change because the time it's taking from delta is not worth $2 a test since in the time you guys I've again waisted 50% of my space and nutrients. Going to Google, yelp, Facebook, Instagram and evey other site that carries your name 1 every day until I get my results. I'm starting today with this but Monday I'm hitting google with a review describing this situation (I have 35k followers, and have had 140,0000 clicks on my reviews this month so far 😅) , Tuesday Facebook, Wednesday yelp, ect ect. As a business owner my self I know how awful bad reviews can hurt future and present business. Unfortunately this seems like all I can do to get any results from you guys.
