All of our items are sold as vintage or pre loved and will all have been bought by private individuals at the start of their lives and then sold or exchanged to us. When condition says "Next To New", this does not imply that the product is Brand New. It explains that we cannot find a single flaw in it's condition and is as close to new as we can explain.

It is the first question that should be asked and the first question we answer. Knowing that you have an authentic designer handbag on your arm is one of the best feelings you can have. We promise the authenticity of every single item we sell. We do not expect you to buy anything that we are doubtful of, and we would never attempt to sell it to you. Our business is based on integrity and trust and we will never compromise on either.
HOW? Our in house professionals authenticate every item that comes through our doors. We have a rigorous checklist in place for each designer, some with more details to check for than others. If any item does not entirely pass through our checklist, it simply does not come in. At Designer Exchange, we issue a certificate of authenticity with every piece.
We also use an authentication software called Entrupy. Entrupy is the worlds first authentication solution for designer handbags. Entrupy is powered by artificial intelligence where they have built a complex detection algorithm that deciphers the replicas from the real thing.

Sinead, Olivia and Lauren were all extremely helpful between sending pictures and description all of which were honest and true to each item I purchased.

I asked Designer Exchange to help me source a bag, an LV Alma bb in vernis burgundy, and a month later they had sourced the bag for me. Sinead was most helpful, sending me lots of photos of it. When I went in to see the bag, it looked even better in reality. It’s in great condition. I am so happy with it. I cannot recommend Designer Exchange enough. They are fully transparent with incredible customer service. I am a repeat customer since their Dawson St store from 2012 where I first bought a lovely Alexander Wang bag which I still have to this day :) Thank you Sinead, Paddy and Co.
