We knew the very sad time had come to say Goodbye to our Precious Cocker Spaniel Lady at nearly 16 she had a wonderful life and in death she had a calm and peaceful departure over the Rainbow Bridge in her own bed being cuddled by myself and my husband, this experience was down to a Wonderful Lady called Miriam who had travelled on one of the worst Icy days 2nd January 26 after us calling Dignipets that morning, she kept in contact to reassure us where she was, on arrival she was so kind and Compassionate she assured us there was no rush and left us peacefully saying our final Goodbyes, she explained every detail and we are so grateful we had someone with so much Empathy for our girl and us, afterwards she sent a lovely Sympathy card and a beautiful message again keeping us up to date, when Lady was returned to us Miriam had made sure her blanket we had sent with her and the print of her foot was also back with her ashes, also the Crematorium Information and
the Memorial Book Information. Thank you Miriam and dignipets for making a very sad time bearable, knowing she was blessed to be in the best hands

Thank you to the wonderful lady who came to see Alfie and helped with the hardest decision we had to make.
She was kind and patient with us and treated Alfie with love and respect.
Knowing Alfie would be cared for when we had to let him go was a big help.

Dignipets were recommended by a friend who recently lost her dog. From initial contact to final goodbyes the service provided was exceptional, timely and supportive. Paula came to visit and explained the process clearly giving us time at each phase to be with Ringo. I was so pleased we were able to give Ringo the quiet, safe and familiar final goodbye where he was not scared and went to sleep peacefully. With thanks to Prestwood Pet crematorium; getting Ringo home was a seamless process. A big special thank you to Paula for your kindness and compassion.

Saying goodbye is never easy, but Paula’s professional and compassionate approach made a world of difference. Paula was incredibly calm and empathetic, ensuring we understood every step of the process and never making us feel rushed. She took the time to explain everything clearly to us so we felt supported throughout the process. She was incredibly lovely with Evie too who she made feel relaxed and comfortable. Thanks to her, Evie passed away peacefully and calmly surrounded by everyone who loved her. We couldn't have asked for a more dignified or gentle farewell for our girl.

The vet was lovely, very empathetic and supportive. We have lost pets before and had them put to rest at the vets, which was fine but this experience was so much better.
The vet gave us lots of time and didn't rush. Our dog was in pain and couldn't get comfortable so she sedated her first so we could make her more comfortable before the final injection. We aren't particularly squeamish but she did everything under a blanket so the whole process was as gentle as could be both for us and our pet.
We would highly recommend the service.

Hard to rate " an experience " at such a sad time. But Alex turned up on time and was thoroughly professional at all times. Showed great compassion through the process. May not help our feeling of grief, but certainly didn't add to our woes which could easily happen at times like these.

Can't thank dignipets enough, Paula came to our house today put our beloved pug Nancy at rest , Nancy didn't like going to the vets it used to freak her out im so glad we had her put to rest at home. Paula was amazing very calm and professional and talked us through everything that was going to happen it made the whole process less stressful not only for Nancy but for us to. Paula we can't thank you enough thank you for everything from the bottom of our hearts .

On a Sunday (when our usual vet wouldn't come out) we contacted Dignipets as our 20 year old cat had taken a turn for the worse and we did not want him to suffer. Paula came out and was so kind to our dear cat and to us. She stayed with us for around an hour and our cat had a very peaceful end to his long life. We cannot recommend Dignipets highly enough. They were so kind and compassionate. Thank you!

Alex was the kindest, most caring person to help put our beloved Monty at peace.
He explained everything clearly, gave us space and time to say goodbye and completing the passing of Monty discreetly.
The hardest day I’ve ever had was made easier by Alex’s care, empathy and obvious love of animals.
Going to the vets would have been distressing for both Monty and our family, so saying goodbye at home made his passing so much calmer.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dignipets and Alex again for any family going through this sad time.

What a wonderful kind lady Silvia is.
She came today to put our 13 year old cat Tywin to sleep, no rush, all calm and very peaceful.
It's never easy to lose your pets, but somehow Dignipets make it easier.
I've used vets in the past, and don't think I'll ever use them again after today's experience. Thank you so much.

Would highly recommend Dignipets. Alex, the vet, was wonderful, arriving here within the hour in awful snowy weather. He was so calm, caring and very kind. He explained the whole process and there was no rush at all giving me plenty of time to say goodbye to my beautiful 13 year old dog Ella. Her 13 year old brother, Charlie, was also able to say his goodbyes knowing she had died peacefully at home. All so dignified and such a lovely touch when Alex placed a lovely rose on top of Ella after she had passed. Thank you Alex.

I would highly recommend dignipets. They took away the addition stress and upset of me taking my dog to a vet clinic. The passing away at home with family, with familiar smells was much more of a positive experience for my dog. Thank you Silvia for being so lovely and helping us through the upsetting process.

On a really difficult day Paula from Dignipets was so considerate, compassionate and caring. I can not thank her enough for assisting me and Oscar on his final journey.

The only comfort we can take in losing our beloved Sweetie was that his passing could not have been more gentle and kind. Bruce was beyond praise: respectful, compassionate and unbelievably understanding and kind at this heart-breaking time. Thank you so very much.

I cannot recommend these enough. Bruce came out to us as our black Labrador was so poorly with aggressive cancer. He knew what was wrong with our beloved Cody and was the nicest and most non judgmental person in the world. I was sobbing and utterly heartbroken. Bruce was so kids he talked us through the process and about Cody. He did a little bit of counselling for myself and my husband about how we were taking the pain so that Cody no longer had to suffer etc. He gave Cody his first injection and we had time with him when he was totally relaxed and in no pain. Cody visibly relaxed for a few minutes and looked so comfortable. Then he gave him the second and he obviously passed quickly after that. Bruce monitored him the whole time to make sure he had the maximum comfort and most peaceful passing possible. Even when Cody was gone Bruce treated him with the outmost dignity.
Throughout the process Bruce was there for us as well as for Cody. The ashes were returned to us very quickly.
I cannot recommend this service and Bruce enough. This was an enormous loss to us and to know that his final minutes on this were so comfortable warm and loved in his favourite place is a real comfort.
Thank you Bruce and dignipets for an amazing service from the first phone call to the quick arrival and the incredible care from arrival afterwards.

On an extremely sad day, the compassion, understanding, and kindness shown by Alex made a truly horrendous situation so much more bearable. We couldn’t thank Alex enough for the way in which he supported us with our very loved dog Alfie, with such care and respect. Everything was handled calmly, patiently, and with genuine empathy, which meant more to us than words can say. We are incredibly grateful for the dignity shown throughout the experience and have already recommended Dignipets to several friends, should they ever find themselves in such a heartbreaking situation. We miss our dog every day, but the experience you gave us brings a sense of calm and comfort, knowing he was treated with love, dignity, and compassion right until the very end. Thank you - and a special thank you to Alex too, he is a real credit.

If you are thinking of a pet put to sleep at home this is definitely the service to use,cannot recommend more highly. This was a planned put to sleep for a frail, elderly dog. The vet that visited was gentle,caring, professional and gave our dog a kind and dignified death. Every thing was explained, we were given plenty of time and no sense of rush,all very calm. Thank you Dignipets for coming out in the snow and giving an excellent service. We are very grateful and would highly recommend.

On the sad day when our vets were unable to come out, I phoned Dignipets, and I am so grateful I did. Alex was comforting and sympathetic. He explained the procedure to us. He was so caring and gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes to Paddy. His gentle approach, ensuring the process was calm and dignified.
