Marley 2012 to 2025 my beautiful beautiful boy
My beautiful golden retriever was put peacefully in his own home on the 29th December 2025 by Sylvia she was so kind and did what she had to do with compassion told us what was going to happen and how long it was going to take marley felt no pain and went to sleep peacefully unlike his family we were heartbroken but Sylvia was fantastic I would recommend dignipets it's so much better at home than the vet's surgery

My cat Fred the feral.
This unfortunately, was the second time in three months, that I have had y to call upon Dignipets to euthanise one of my cats.This was Fred, a 20 + cat, whom was initially was a feral. Katherine a vet from Dignipets, was found to be extremely kind and understanding.I would certainly recommend this organisations.
When you lose something you have loved. Time spent together, is never long enough, nor could it ever be.

Care and comfort for all when most needed
Dignipets were amazing in helping us to say a final goodbye to our beloved dog. The vet in attendance took time to talk us through exactly what would happen and what to expect. Nothing was rushed, the vet gave us time alone with our dog and was very caring. Everything was geared up to ensure both Dottie and we were comfortable. You can do no more for a pet than to give them a great life and comfortable death. Dignipets ensured the latter. Thank you

I have nothing but praise…
I have nothing but praise for Dignipets and the vet who came to our house to put our cat to sleep.
The cat was in obvious pain and his condition would only have got worse. I can only wish that when I suffer someone like Kelly will come to put me to sleep.
Kelly was extraordinarily patient, sympathetic, and kind. She gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes, never rushing us for a moment. She explained everything gently and clearly, and the way she cared for our cat — and for us — was deeply comforting at one of the hardest moments we’ve faced.

Outstanding service
Yesterday after comparison and reading many reviews, we used the services of Dignipets for euthanasia at home of our beloved dog Harvey.
From the minute Paula entered our home to leaving she was outstanding.she showed such compassion and care making what was such a traumatic situation into a personal and special one.
She explained to us what would happen throughout and left us with our beautiful boy at each stage.
After leaving, Paula took him straight to the crematorium and we received a call to confirm that he had been passed to them.
From my initial enquiry to the visit, communication was key via email and receiving a call from Paula when she was on her way.
I would without doubt recommend Dignipets to family and friends.

Euthanasia at home …
I wanted to leave a review incase anyone is unsure whether to use Dignipets. I can honestly say they handled the whole process with such care and professionalism. This made a very sad situation as positive as could be. Peaceful, stress free and most importantly my nervous whippet was totally relaxed and crossed over rainbow bridge completely at ease. DigniPets is definitely the way to go…
DigniPets is definitely the way to go when it is time for your pet to say goodbye. Silvie - the vet who came to our home - was absolutely outstanding she handled our schnauzer Griffin with such care and compassion and the support we received from her was invaluable. She allowed us the time to say goodbye - never rushing the process - and the way Griffin was managed medically helped him to pass away with dignity (not invasive) and calm knowing he was loved to the very end, in his armchair that he loved with familiar smells and those that loved him. Thank you Silvie for all you did for him and us.

LOGAN
We had to make the very difficult decision to say goodbye to our 13 yr old Boxer Logan after a short illness. My Son had already registered ready for when the time had come as going to the Vets would be too stressful for Logan and for us! Katherine came out and was nothing but kind, Empathetic and patient and gave us the time we needed. It was so dignified and so lovely that we could say goodbye holding and kissing him in his own home. I have already given the details to 4 of my Friends when the time comes for them as we were so very impressed. Thank you for caring!

Dignipets Made a Heartbreaking Time Gentle and Loving
Dignipets were incredibly supportive during one of the hardest times of our lives. Wendy’s quality-of-life assessment helped us understand how to keep our 21.5-year-old cat comfortable as she neared the end. When the time came, Alex provided an in-home euthanasia service with such calmness and sensitivity, creating a dignified and loving environment. We were able to hold our beautiful cat until she passed peacefully. Saying goodbye
When we realised that our much loved Golden retriever Charlie was not going to recover. We were so relieved to know he could be euthanised at home with no fear or pain from being driven to our vets.
We contacted Dignipetts and Bruce came to our home very quickly.
Bruce was so kind and reassuring that we were making the right choice. He showed us patience to say our goodbyes and explained everything to us.

A very gentle goodbye
We cannot thank DigniPets enough for the compassion and care shown to us today during such a heartbreaking time. From start to finish, the service was handled with dignity, kindness and professionalism.
Sylvia was absolutely exceptional. She took the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed us, and treated our cat with such tenderness and respect. Her calm, gentle manner brought us comfort when we needed it most, and it was clear how much she truly cares about animals and their families.
Saying goodbye to a beloved pet is one of the hardest things you can do, but DigniPets — and especially Sylvia — made the experience as peaceful and loving as it could possibly be. My cat was able to die without pain or suffering and in the comfort of her home with her mum & dad. We will be forever grateful.

A very sad day made so much easier, thanks to the wonderful vet, Paula
Our elderly dog was really struggling and we knew his time had come. We called Dignipets who were very respectful and helpful, and arranged to visit that same day to put him to sleep. The vet, Paula, was incredibly helpful, explained everything clearly and asked us before taking each step in the process. Slinky had a bowl of his favourite food, fell asleep quickly after and died peacefully surrounded by his family. Paula was especially helpful with managing our other dog during the process, and helped him to say goodbye before taking Slinky away. The whole thing was so well-managed and made a very sad and difficult day so much easier. Thank you Paula; thank you Dignipets. We were so comforted to receive Slinky's pawprint and fur clippings after he was taken for cremation; this was a lovely touch and these will be treasured.

The decision to free Bullet, our 15 year old Patterdale, from his decline, was the hardest ordeal.

At home end of life care
Alex came out to our home to put our beautiful dog Milly to sleep. We cant Thank Alex enough for making the whole experience as comfortable & with such sensitivity, utmost respect & empathy towards both our dog and us as a family . He took his time, and was really professional & empathic. It was a better experience than any vets . He was reassuring & even the added touch of placing a rose on top once she was respectfully wrapped up & placed in a bed . She was certainly treated with dignity & comfortably within her own home . We can’t thank Alex enough, he definitely showed so much passion in his job , and all respect to him in what he does and how he helps the animal & the family . We would give him 10/10 and recommend Dignipets to any pet owner that needs to make the heartbreaking decision of putting their beloved animal to sleep. It honestly was like how a human is treated at end of life through at a hospice . Definitely as the family at the heart & forefront of what they do . RIP our beautiful Milly x

I had to make the heartbreaking…
I had to make the heartbreaking decision to say good night to my beautiful cat Frankie, over a couple of days I was in contact with reception staff and a veterinary nurse with regards my hard decision they were absolutely wonderful and listened to me and gave me comfort. Paula the vet who came out was absolutely wonderful she sat and talked to me about Frankie and made me feel supported she explained very step to me and didnt rush, she made sure I was also ok through the process. She was kind and gentle and gave me time to say good bye once he closed his eyes, she was always respectful to him and treated him with the utmost care even wrapping him in his blanket to make him comfortable for his final journey. I cannot praise Dignipets enough they certainly comforted us both and my cat was able to be at home in his familiar surroundings warm, comfortable and peaceful.

Alex was a very caring professional
Alex was a very caring professional, he showed empathy and explained every step. We were not rushed and the procedure went at our pace. Our little dog was very nervous at the vets, and so was more relaxed at home. Choosing to say goodbye to our beloved…
Choosing to say goodbye to our beloved boy, Marley, was the most devastating decision we have ever faced. However, we are eternally grateful that we chose Dignipets, and thankful Alex was here to guide us through this moment
We chose the at home service because we wanted Marley to be comfortable in his bed and warm by the fire, surrounded by those who love him.
Alex was exceptional. He arrived with a deeply calm and reassuring presence, immediately putting us and Marley at ease. He was respectful of our space and took the time to explain every step clearly, ensuring we felt fully prepared.
The process itself was simply beautiful and peaceful. We were given plenty of time with Marley before, during, and after the procedure. There was absolutely no rushing, which allowed us to focus completely on showering him with love in his final moments. It was truly a peaceful journey for our sweet boy.
The dignity and care shown during the aftercare were incredibly touching. Alex carefully placed Marley on a soft bed with his favourite blanket and toy and added a beautiful white rose on top of him, a compassionate detail that ment the world to us.
Our other dog was present as we wished for him to also get to say goodbye, Alex was very mindful of him attentive and kind and even asked if he was able to fuss him.
We are also grateful to receive a card from Alex a few days later expressing his sympathy. This was very thoughtful, thankyou.
Thankyou Alex and Dignipets for honouring Marley and making the most painful day of our lives as gentle and loving as it could possibly be.
We highly recommend this compassionate service to any family facing this heartbreaking farewell and will use them again ourselves in the future.
