Easy to order, fast delivery, well packed neat little fitting

Three lamps were delivered to me some weeks ago. I didn’t check the package as lamps were destined for another property. On opening I found one lamp broken. I was not expecting any replacement as such a long time had elapsed since delivering-however customer service was excellent and I have now received a replacement lamp. Many thanks indeed!

0rder delivered quickly. Unfortunately it was damaged. On contacting company replacement sent immediately. Very satisfied with product and efficiency of company. Would recommend.

Placed an order and a few hours later changed my mind. Sent an email asking to cancel the order immediately but had a reply saying the order was dispatched and they couldn't do anything. I sent another email asking if they might be able to contact the delivery team and was ignored.. I asked if I could return as it arrived; but they would not provide delivery and due to parcel size this would have cost my £40! Product still hasn't been opened and the store is still unresponsive to my emails. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with service.

After a couple of 'let downs' by different companies advertising the lights I wanted, showing the lights in stock, taking the order and payment, only to be told a few days later, they were out of stock, I was pleased to deal with a business that actually DID have the lights in stock and dispatched them very quickly!
