Doggy Treat Box Avis 

Our dog always looks forward to these boxes and really enjoys the huge variety of natural treats, thanks!

Our dog loves these boxes, she is always excited when she sees them arrives and loves to pick out treats from it each day. The treats are all good quality and natural, and a great variety too!

Had a delivery via Royal Mail, my fur-baby is very happy to get his treat box, all natural and very healthy, plenty to last till next months delivery, Max looks forward to his box every month, can't find anything with this much natural treats for the money.

My boy loves every single treat he gets, and theres so much variety. This month there are things we havent seen before so awesome to shake it up abit. Our 14 week old Husky puppy Storm has been patiently waiting for her 1st treat box and i must say it didn't disappoint. It had an amazing verity of treats and the natural toys aswell are a great addition.

The box has just been delivered via Royal Mail! Henry and Foxy get so excited when the see the box! They're currently tucking in to their treats right now. I get mega excited with them! They absolutely love this time of the month! Thanks again Doggy Treat Box love Henry and Foxy!

Really happy I found doggy treat box for my dog as she's majority raw/natural fed and I feel happier giving her these treats knowing they're good for her. She recognises the box now too so gets very excited when it arrives in the post. She sits wagging her tail whilst we go through what's in it and it makes me happy that it makes her happy :)

The larger treats like the pigs ears are a god send for keeping her busy whilst I WFH too!

The only downside is the website is a bit confusing to use, especially on mobile, but that's not a frustration I have often because once you've subscribed you don't need to navigate to the site anyway.

Overall I'm very happy with Doggy Treat Box and think it's good value for money and good quality.

A fab box jam packed full of stinky treats our dog absolutely loves and all delivered to the door on a regular basis (with options to suspend delivery if your dog doesn't eat them all fast enough)

I had a subscription for 4 months, for 3 of those months in a row, the boxes arrived damaged with a big hole torn in the box and missing/ potentially contaminated dog treats which I was not prepared to feed to my dog. I reported these and was sent a replacement box on 2 occasions. On the 3rd I was refused a replacement and accused of damaging the boxes myself even though they arrived by Royal Mail in a Royal Mail bag saying “damaged upon arrival into the network”. It was a joke that this was the third time in a row this had happened, But I gave them the opportunity to rectify the issue.

This time they said I would only receive a refund if I pay shipping to send it back to them. I said that they should send me a re paid returns label as it’s a faulty product, I haven’t just changed my mind. I do not believe I should be paying for something that arrived damaged to me, this is something they can claim for damages from Royal Mail, then fulfil my order in tact. I explained this multiple times but was ignored. They have kept my subscription payment for last month and sent out a faulty product they were not prepared to replace or refund. This wasn’t a one off, I have received 3 faulty boxes in the last 3 months. I’m beyond appalled, I have kept all of the email correspondence and will be forwarding to trading standards.

If they’ve conned other customers into sending back damaged boxes, then sent out these contaminated treats again then be very careful what your dog might be eating if you’re ordering from here!

Doggy treat box is great value for money and our dog absolutely love their treats. The box easily lasts the month even with our large dog.

Cancelled my subscription, still got charged. Sent an email asking for a refund and didn't get a response. A few weeks later the box arrived. I sent another email explaining I'd cancelled my subscription and received and email back basically saying "oh well you've received it now enjoy!". The reason I cancelled was because some of the treats made my dog very sick..

I had doggy treat box for a few months and then decided to stop, even after stopping the subscription the money kept coming out of my bank (I also got the boxes, I just didn’t want them at that point).
After no response to my emails and help requests I decided to call them. A man answered, it sounded like he was in the middle of walking somewhere on the phone. He accused me of not sending help tickets as he was adamant all help requests were dealt with and after me giving the date and times of emails and repeating the steps I took to setup my account initially he made an excuse that he couldn’t hear me because of a baby crying in my background! And I’d have to submit another ticket to get a refund and stoppage.
I reluctantly did this and guess what? No reply! The only way I cancelled my subscription was by cancelling my bank card. The boxes themselves were good. However the customer service and difficulty with cancellations make this company one to avoid

Impossible to cancel subscriptions and my dogs don't like them

We love the treat box, Bailey gets a huge selection with some left over for her friends. The quality is very good with some smaller pieces separately bagged which is helpful for trips out. I’m e not had any problems with packaging, deliveries or anything at all. I recommend the box to friends and family.

Great box of natural, dried treats. It is a little frustrating that you pay for the next box as soon as you've received the previous one (normally 4 weeks from payment to delivery) but I do share one basic box between 5 dogs (that's all finances will allow!) so it's normally empty after two weeks 😂 which just makes the wait seem longer. Have recommended to all my dog mad pals 🤗

The first one arrived and my dog couldn’t contain her excitement! There is all sorts of things in there! I open the box and let her choose which one she wants, she looks forward to it every day. Great product, lovely packaging. Thank you doggy treat box xx

I didn't want to write this review because my experience with doggy treat box has been brilliant.But to recieve my April box in May because of some cock up and told I'd recieve my April and May box together was no good to me.That meant I had to go out and purchase treats for my dog through April.but I wasn't told it was only when I contacted them about it and I asked numerous times to be refunded and all I was told was my April box would arrive in May bad customer service so I've now cancelled my subscription not happy
