Still not reviced my box ment to get by 20th each month still not here fed up now with delivery 😠 iam paying £33 a month iwill be contacting them Monday because thay don't open weekends GOT MY BOX on the 1st march thay did say sorry thay had changed there devilery people and there label machine was not working fingers crossed for this month thay did say sorry.

I received my first Doggy Treat Box today and am super impressed. I have 2 dogs so went for the Ultimate box. Rex the Collie was eagerly waiting for a treat as i opened it so he dived straight in with a cows ear, jack the Jack Russell Cross had a smaller ear (lamb?) I will definitely continue my subscription.

I can’t review what I haven’t received. I’ve paid for it but have not yet received it.

Ordered the doggy treat box and my dogs love it, so it looks like it will be staying! I however was not happy with the stink, which the dogs loved to parade under my nose yuk! But it's a small price to pay to have happy healthy pets, the cost of these boxes are very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to spoil their dogs and keep with the raw food diet at treat time. Great boxes definitely recommend them, Reggie and Mia do too.

Was sent the wrong box which should off been the ultimate box and paid extra for it to be doubled up , but have spoken with member of staff and correct box and would be what o paid for , never had a problem with buying from this seller , but are very busy due to high demand

I found your company on Facebook and I have a very fussy dog who doesn't seem to like conventional treats but he goes mad when his box arrives and absolutely loves all the treats ..great price fantastic products really recommended the doggy treat box

My doggo loves it! Although it arrived a couple of days later than expected and I was getting impatient, I have to say those treats look so good! It's all natural and my dog trully enjoyed his first treat earlier today! The only one thing the company need to improve is the customer service to ensure smooth experience.

Very well organised business. Lovely looking box, great selection of different treats, however our dog didn't agree with few good items. Had diarrhea, vomited few times. She had the same premium food, the only change in her diet were treats from a treat box. So we had to stop our subscription and watch closely her treats she is having. The last box came with lots of almost left over of a treat, those were tiny pieces and we consider it could be a choking hazard for her rather a treat. Last box was huge disappointment, therefor it is only 3 stars from us.

My original 2 star review is below. However I have now updated my review to 4 stars. Not five because I didn't like the way the vendor handled their response to the original review. The vendor put forward the argument that you didn't have to open a new account to cancel what I'd thought was a one-off order, but turned out to be a recurring subscription, but instead just had to supply all your details to cancel is spurious at best, and frankly just a twisting of words. I also didn't appreciate the email headed "NEGATIVE review" pretty much berating me for not being more positive about my experience. I thought the suggestion that they would issue a full refund if I changed my review to five stars for great customer service, was a bribe rather than any desire to have genuine reviews of the product published. The response didn't feel like any sort of apology, but more like a mini-rant that I was wrong and needed to change my review to five stars to rectify that wrong! That is NOT how you win over customers.

That being said, I HAVE changed my view on the product itself. My dog, after two days, changed his mind about his first treat, and switched from being afraid of it to devouring it. That has persisted with subsequent items out of the treat box such that he now gets excited when he sees me open it, to the extent that I've ended up restarting my subscription. So, if your dog's reaction is initially as negative as mine, give it time for the puppy to come round. I think the basic product is sound after all. Just be aware of what you're signing up to when you order a box - it's a subscription not a one off!

ORIGINAL TWO STAR REVIEW:

Ordered a box of treats for my new 3 month old Newfoundland puppy. "Be prepared for one excited pooch and a lot of tail wagging" the marketing blurb promised. Quite the opposite. Gave him the smallest piece and it freaked him out. He's terrifed of it and keeps barking at it. Complete waste of money.

Also I ordered this as a one-off trial. They sneakily turn this into a monthly re-order using your original payment card even though you've never opened an account. The only way you can cancel this auto-renewal is by opening a new account, giving them all your details so you can then actually go in and cancel it.

All 3 dogs love the treats in the boxes, fantastic for teething for the pup and keeping the older 2 entertained
