Ian Ryan's service was exceptional when I needed to choose a new mattress a few weeks ago. His knowledge was comprehensive of all the different makes and models and did me a great deal.

We dealt with Danny Balcerzak who was more than helpful and very informative with what we purchased.

Allowed to browse the store without pressure, although staff were available at all times. They answered the query and backed off. Great!
This is our second time of purchasing from Dorway to Value because of the quality and relaxed shopping experience.
I also want to mention Steven Corns, who sold us our furniture and by coincidence sold us another set of furniture 7 years ago, and recognised us. Top bloke!

I'm new to the area after moving from the south of England and had a whole house to furnish. I'd been to a number of different stores but as soon as walked into Doorway to Value I knew i had came to a store that had a superb range of high quality furniture which suited my price range. To be honest i didn't have clue what i wanted for a new contemporary home. I was greeted by Dawn Grice one of sales advisors what a savior she took me through the different layouts of the rooms with patience and professionalism, we found a suite which would fit the measurements of my room. Dawn then went through the payment options with a high degree of knowledge. I should have informed her i was a cash buyer from the start. After a coffee break i went on to buy wall units, coffee tables and dining room suite with bar stools and sideboard. Dawn then introduced me to the other departments and went on to buy a bedroom suite and another double bed for the 3rd bedroom. I have since been back to the store to purchase an Orla Kiely armchair. My final purchase being a side table and lamp today. I will further recommend Doorway to Value to all my family and friends the service they provide is phenomenal, relaxed professional and friendly. My house now looks and feels like a home.

Steve was very helpful in helping with my choice of settees. We discussed the pros and cons of different styles and how they would suit me and how they fitted my requirements in size and materials.
He was amiable, knowledgeable and helped me make up my mind without pressure.

Friendly helpful service by Dawn to make our sofa purchase.

We visited Doorway to value last week and we were very surprised with the exceptional choice. All the staff were very polite and friendly but Ian & Danny in particular who served us in two different departments gave us the information we needed and when ready to choose and order they were there to complete our sales with perfect customer service.
Very happy, can’t wait for our deliveries and like we said we will be back.

The experience was great because we had lots of time and freedom to try as many settees as we needed to, in order to compare and decide which ones we were most comfortable with. Jason Breeze was most patient and helpful, offering information about the product and taking time to find out what we were looking for.

Great service and support for my elderly parents. They recently purchased 2 mattressesand everything was spot on. My mum wanted a full bed, but the sales lady explained honestly that she didn’t need one no hard sell, just genuine advice and patience. My parents have shopped at Doorway to Value for years and we’ll be back again. Highly recommended, 6 stars.

Ian Ryan helped enormously when we were seeking a new mattress. He was knowledgeable and helpful whilst we decided which mattress to purchase. He made shopping a pleasure. Doorway to Value is such a nice shop and we always enjoy going there.

Danny went out of his way to locate me a settee to be delivered before Christmas after there cut off date . I was very pleased he did that as it will make all the difference for us at Christmas.

Dawn Grice was brilliant. We had called in a few weeks ago to view the ranges you stock, Dawn showed us around and explained various options with different colours and styles. We called in today, and again with Dawn’s experience and ideas with colours I was able to decide on a sofa and chair.
