Doorway To Value Avis 

We went in yesterday looking for a dining table , but had specific space requirements.
Dawn Grice was excellent. She pointed us to some options and then left us alone to browse.
We didn't buy then but returned later after a remeasure at home and she sorted out the purchase.
What was very nice was we we guided to where we could find what we needed but weren't followed around and there was no pushy sales.

Another great visit to Doorway to value . Jason looked after us this time and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Really helped and understood our elderly mother’s requirements. Many thanks for your help . Great service .

Danny was incredibly helpful and patient with us. He showed us a range of products that fitted with our requirements. He didn't pressure us at all and made us feel very comfortable with the process. We ended up with products that we loved. We will definitely use Danny and Doorway to Value again .

I hate shopping and particularly furniture shopping but our experience at Doorway to Value made it a pleasure. The store set up is very open and the room sets great with so many options to look at. There is no hard sell and no unwanted staff attention. When we had questions staff were available, friendly knowledgeable and helpful. We found our furniture and are really happy with the choice. I’d like to especially mention Dawn Grice who took our order. Dawn was knowledgeable about the furniture and fabrics and was extremely patient with us during the decision process, it was a genuine pleasure Thankyou Dawn. The coffee was ok too

Excellent serivce and support picking out a sofa. Dawn was fantastic, and picked up on things we hadnt thought to make sure we got a comfy sofa.

Good selection of furniture. Staff very professional and helpful - not pushy. We looked in two departments sofas and beds. All staff were consistently helpful, knowledgeable and appropriately engaging.
We bought in the bed department and the sales person Ian Ryan was very good. Received clear email after purchase explaining how order would be fulfilled.

Ian Parr was so helpful in guiding us to choose our new sofa. Would absolutely recommend.

Ian Parr was extremely knowledgeable about our needs and gave great advice with no pressure selling. We explored extras we could add to the chairs which was amazing. We have been trying to get the right armchairs for years, so thank you Ian Parr for getting us there finally x

Well set out showroom and the staff are very welcoming without being pushy. We ordered a new sofa with the expert help of Peter Williams. I visited the store at Chorley with my mum, last week. We were assisted by a lovely lady known as Kelly Langton. Nothing was too much trouble and she went the extra mile in ensuring my mum got exactly what she wanted and knew the next steps regarding the delivery of her new dining room table.
I thought the way in which Kelly looked after my mum was exceptional and wouldn't hesitate whatsoever in recommending...if you visit, ask for Kelly!

A great range of furniture, good quality brands displayed in an open and pleasant showroom. Plenty of staff around but no pushy sales people you are allowed to browse and take your time.
Steve Corns was especially helpful, from advice on fabric care to arranging the sale contract. Five stars for Steve!

Bought a sofa today with help from Kelly Langton. She was extremely friendly and helped us pick out colours and materials talking us through everything clearly. Would definitely recommend shopping here and checking prices in comparison with other stores as they are a lot cheaper!
