I love my Dougo's glasses! I have the dusk-filtered glasses and feel immediately ready for an evening wind-down when I put them on.

The quiz on the website was fun and easy to take in order to give me a recommendation.

The shipping was easy and quick and very transparent.

Will definitely plan to get these as a gift for others!

I have tried many blue blockers and these are by far the best! Taylor and the team are super helpful and knowledgeable and really personable. The design is really stylish and also so light you hardly feel like you are wearing them, which is great for me as I wear them travelling a lot. They make a huge difference to my jet lag, when crossing lots of time zones. They also really help me to sleep if I am working late on my screen. All round brilliant product!

I contacted Taylor at Dougos about how I could improve my own sleep as well as the clients I coach (I'm a breathing coach). Taylor couldn't have been more helpful and responsive. I wear the Dusk glasses and they have helped my sleep and mental health significantly.

I work late in the evening and these glasses block the blue light from my screens so I get a better sleep. I have been recommending Dougos to my clients and they have also found them helpful for those with sleep disorders including sleep apnea.

WOW! I didn't know I needed this product until I really tried it. It was so good that my wife stole mine and I had to order the second one.

Basically, it puts less pressure on your eyes and you can work on screen when the sun is down.

But the best part? I can sleep very well.

Absolutely love my Dougo’s! I got the dusk lenses as I have trouble with insomnia and was hoping they would help.. They certainly have! I’ve been able to get to sleep earlier and closer to a sensible time 😅 also, my quality of sleep feels like it’s improved and my eyes feel less tired in general.. so now I don’t go anywhere without my Dougo’s, and they’re very stylish (I got the Sharma frame), so I’m not self-conscious about wearing them in public or at an event.

My gf loved them so much she has two pairs! Relief lenses for daytime and dusks for the evening. We both highly recommend.

I won a desk in a competition through Dougo's when they were first launching (around August 2021). I was initially contacted saying the desk was delayed and that he would be back in touch in a couple of months. This time passed and I got back in touch and had no reply. I kept contacted the company and eventually got an email offering me an alternative. I emailed back within 24 hours saying I wasn't happy with the alternative but was happy to discuss another alternative. Since I replied I have had no communication back at all. I have sent 2 whatsapp's, 4 facebook messages, 2 instagram messages and at least 6 emails. I even left a comment on their most recent Instagram post which has been deleted.

Great service. The quiz helped me pick out my lenses. I’ve really put these glasses to the test these last few weeks with changing jobs and working at a screen for longer periods of time. These glasses have helped to stop ‘screen headaches’.

Purchased the ‘relief’ lenses to help with my long uni assignments. Wish I had bought a pair sooner!

Informative! Life changing! Great style. I can't recommend these glasses enough! My sleep pattern alone has become soo much better from wearing the "Red lenses" it madness to think I've spent soo long not knowing about this tech.

Working in IT means I spend alot of time staring at a screen, which often leaves me wide awake at night and unable to sleep.

Since owning a pair of the Sharma ‘Sleep’ glasses, I’m able to drift off quickly and have a good quality of sleep. It’s definitely left me feeling refreshed and recharged and I highly recommend!

Just an update review for my sleep lenses...
I have had them for about a year now and my sleep has improved massively. Whilst at first the colour distortion was hard to get used to, once you get passed that they really are quite powerful.

I was really struggling with my sleep so I decided to order the Dusk lenses. The delivery was quite prompt and I loved the packaging once it arrived. So far the lenses have been great, I’ve really enjoyed wearing them and I’ve noticed a difference. Hopefully will notice a long term difference, as well. Thanks guys!

Where do I start! Top service and all round top product. Couldn’t be happier with the glasses and they’ve really helped with my eye strain that I suffered with most days due to staring at a laptop all day… bought the Mellow ‘otts’ and christ they look good. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to take their quality of life to the next level and whilst also looking like the coolest person in the office…

After requesting refund, PayPal info was sent to Ashley Bailey (as he requested in e-mail correspondence), but again, refund was not done.
Even after several e-mails were sent to Dougo´s team, no response from them.

So pleased with my glasses! The style and fit are perfect. I chose the relief lens and they’ve made such a difference in a short space of time - no more headaches! Thanks guys - great business & service.

I have been struggling to sleep through the night for a few years now , I had tried most supplements out there but none of them seemed to work on me!!! These blue blockers have changed all that, I now sleep a lot better , longer and by measuring my sleep with my Ohra ring And I’m finding that my sleep is so much deeper and in addition my heart rate variability has improved. I highly recommend these glasses , great service, great quality and nothings too much trouble if you need any extra info 😎👌

Throughout the process, I felt like there was a personal connection between myself and Dougo's. They offered quick and clear advice when I had any queries. The glasses themselves are incredible, I can already see the benefits after only using them for a week. The dusk filters do what they say on the tin and I have had great nights sleep as a consequence.

What a difference a simple pair of glasses can makes! As a barber I’m extremely social at work, so, in my downtime I have a habit of watching tele til the early hours of the morning and wake up with severe lack of sleep. Having these on throughout the evening have got rid of the headaches and getting me a full rest ready for the next day. 10/10 service from Dougos, from the looks, packaging, customer service and quality of product. I work a lot of night shifts and getting sleep on the weekend or weeks that I change over can be tricky.

Since wearing my Dougo’s “Dusk” Blue Light Blockers I have noticed a considerable difference in the quality of sleep I’m getting and how quickly I actually fall asleep.

Having confidence Knowing Dougo’s products are all made with sustainable materials and still have a top notch quality product is great, and well worth every penny!
