5 star - I love these blue light glasses.

They came in a great cork case with a lens cloth + a soft cotton pouch too. Taylor was very helpful on instagram helping me decide which lenses to go for. He also recommend a certain lens shape better suited to a smaller face shape! Really been helping my sore eyes/heavy eyes before bed

Unparalleled quality and design. Super comfy and stylish. I work on screens till late at night, and since grabbing a pair of the Sleep Lenses my sleep has improved drastically. I’ll admit, I’m surprised at how much of a game changer this technology has been to my mood and energy balance!

I think what makes Dougos different is that they seriously care about health, and the well being of their customer base. And it shows.

The tint did take me a while to get used to but definitely feel more sleepy.

Very happy with Dougo's glasses. I bought a clear pair from an american brand back in 2020 when I was using my screens alot more over lockdown. The quality of the other brand I bought wasn't great, however these are great in comparison! The quality of the frames are very sturdy. Happy with my orange screen + lenses. I would love it if they bought out the option to change the lenses in the frames!

My daughter recommended me these blue light glasses as I was getting sore eyes in the evening. They have been helping, but I find it hard for my eyes to adjust to the red lenses (sleep lenses). Maybe I should have opted for the relief or screen + lenses to begin the adjustment on my eyes. I personally would suggest to anyone who just wants to help with relief on eye strain to go with the clear or orange lenses. If you struggle with sleep I've been told these (red lenses) are better for late into the evening before bed (advice from my daughter). Overall great quality, and nice add ones in the box. Cloth, cork case, cotton pouch etc. Worth the money.

Really like them definitely a level up on my old pair of blue light glasses, solid.

I couldn't be without my glasses! My sleep has improved massively and I am feeling more productive when working on my laptop all day.

I absolutely love my Dougo's glasses! I’m staring at a computer screen most days, which can be tiring and draining. Since using my Dougo’s I’ve noticed a positive difference in my energy levels. I’m also finding it easier to focus for longer, which is really improving my productivity. On top of that, they're really comfortable to wear, and light, which is so important as I'm wearing them most of the day. Plus I love the fact, the frames are made from 100% recycable materials.

I've been using the Dougos Relief Glasses with the new Wunsch frames and I have to say that I couldn't be happier. I've tried blue light glasses from other brands before and I wasn't impressed. The frames were ok, but the lens just didn't cut it for my needs.

This isn't the case with Dougos. When they arrived 2 weeks ago, I could tell they were different the moment I put them on.

I sit on the screen from 7am to around 4pm most days, so I often feel eye strain and dry eyes from looking at the screen.

By the end of the day, I always experience heavy brain fog which limits my performance and thinking — the last few hours of my workday are limited to menial tasks being dragged-out far longer than they should take.

Not anymore. With Dougos, my eyes feel significantly better — not like I've been burning a hole in them for hours.

And my mental performance at the end of the day feels like it's on another level. My colleagues say I'm more lively and active during meetings, and I'm finally getting stuff done after 2pm. Sure, I still get a little tired and sluggish — that's normal. But it's a HUGE improvement from before.

I never realised how much a properly configured blue light lens can help.

And to top it off, they look great. I highly recommend Dougo's if you're looking for a pair of high-quality, effective blue-light glasses.

I have been using the red lenses and I cannot believe the difference I have in sleep. I can barely keep my eyes open when I put them on.
My mental health, and over all well-being has been improved since I started wearing these.
Would highly recommend to those struggling with sleep.

I received my Dougo’s glasses about a month ago now and can already see noticeable differences in my day to day moods. I’m feeling much less fatigued, am sleeping better and the mind fog after a day at work looking at screens has definitely been reduced! The style and quality of the glasses are also top notch, thanks Dougo’s!

I introduced the Dougos sleep glasses into my daily routine about 3 weeks ago, and I have been truly blown away by their impact. I use these glasses in the evening and have seen a massive uptick in my mood and the amount of sleep I get. At first, I was skeptical, I have seen many other brands for flats when it comes to science, but these guys have done their homework and have brought out a fantastic product. I will certainly try out the other ranges in the future.

These glasses are awesome. I spend pretty much all day on my computer between work and gaming, and since I started using these glasses I've been getting fewer headaches and I'm falling asleep at night way faster. I though they'd get uncomfortable after wearing them all day like previous glasses I tried, but they feel great. I learned a few cool things in the course they have too.

Unfortunately, there’s little I can do about time I spend looking at my computer screen for work. However Dougos glasses have significantly improved the quality of my sleep and reduced the headaches I suffered as a result of the blue light from screens. I highly recommend these glasses. They are very effective, well made, stylish and a great investment.

I received my sleep glasses about 10 days ago. At first I didn’t notice my sleep improve, but I left my glasses at home when I went away on a weekend getaway. I was significantly more alert and the penny really dropped just how relaxed I’ve been in the lead up to bed that last fortnight. They won’t be leaving my side from this day on. A brand that really cares, that is evident at every stage.

Since being on uni time table for a few years I now find myself working late nights into my job. I've always suffered with sore eyes right before bed and I guess I never gave my eyes a rest from bright screens. I always thought my eyes were just tired, but now I've learnt it was constant blue light usage draining my eyes and making them sore.

Dougo's glasses have allowed me to keep my thinking hat on till around 8pm, whilst giving my eyes the rest they need. I went for the orange ones.

I see it like this. If we cut our skin we would put something on it to stop it being sore, so I guess it's about time we started protecting our eyes from harmful blue light! I definitely recommend if you're suffering from eye strain, sleep, and fatigue. My eyes and I rest a lot better now that's for sure!
