The glasses I've received have really helped my sleeping at night, and has given me more energy throughout the day. I'm on my laptop all day at work and can notice the difference of cutting out the blue light with reduced headaches and more focus throughout the day. Would 100% recommend!

I was worried about the colour perception of the red lenses, but after a week of use i can’t get enough of them! The red tint is certainly a fair trade for a night of deep sleep.

I’ve been using the reliefs for the last 3 months and they are helping massively with my eye strain. I am a primary school teacher and I have to do marking lay at night, I find I keep a lot calmer and I’ve finally stopped scratching my eyes!!!

Only gripe was it took my glasses 4 days to come and it was supposed to be next day…

After suffering from migraines on and off I have been completely shocked how a pair of glasses can take my migraine away in such a short space of time. So glad I found this company!

The blue light glasses I purchased from Dougos are fantastic. They are a must have for anyone interested in their personal health & well-being, Particularly those who spend a lot of time in front of screens. Very well made, comfortable with the added bonus of looking great too. Great purchase, and highly recommended.

Difficult to find blue light glasses that are stylish, comfortable and actually do the job. These tick all the boxes - really help reduce headaches when working from home and also great to reduce strain in the evening before going to sleep.

Seriously impressed with the quality of these glasses. The designs are on point and most importantly, they work insanely well. I got a pair to help reduce stress in the evening and they did not disappoint. 10/10

Since owning a pair of Dougos glasses I’ve noticed a huge difference in not just my sleep, less headaches etc. but with my work productivity?! I sit in front of a screen for roughly 8 hours a day and without these glasses I could only do small bursts of work before needing a break from the bright light. Now I can plough through, with healthy breaks of course, and get twice as much done. The designs are incredibly diverse, something for everyone. Now my whole team own a pair 🤓

Great glasses. I have recently had laser eye surgery and have wanted to ensure I protect my eyes more and feel these glasses help to reduce the stress my eyes take.

I have tried many different blue light glasses over the years as I suffer with headaches due to long exposure to screens. Dougos are in a league of their own in terms of build quality and design. I strongly recommend anyone that wants a rest from blue light should get their hands on a pair.

I ordered my glasses as part of the crowdfunding and received great service from start to finish. I ordered the Screen+ glasses and wear them every night for a few hours before bed and I feel significantly more relaxed before bed and fall asleep straight away. Definitely worth the money.
