I’ve Just Received my Dougo’s screen glasses, the packaging and presentation look exceptional, and the quality seems a very high standard!
Can’t wait to wear them.

Have to say I was sceptical at first but now after trying these I’m really impressed. Have already noticed an improvement in my sleep patterns which was a big positive for me. Also really impressed with the sustainability of the products and company as a whole.

I have been wearing my Dougo’s glasses in the office for over a week now (relief lenses). They definitely take the edge off and I now won’t work without them!

Ordered a pair of Screen+ prescription glasses and they're more comfortable than my everyday ones...might have to get a pair of relief glasses to match!

Love the product. Makes staring at a laptop all day 10000xS of times better.

Liked the packaging these glasses arrived in, the glasses case I love the look and feel of it very organic & I like the magnetic clip when opening and closing the case, great feature. The glasses themselves are very stylistic, light, comfortable & a unique style which make them very fashionable. The low light tint these lenses give off make it easy on the eyes and make looking through the lenses very comfortable to look through. Highly recommended!

Arrived quickly and customer service helped me pick my lenses, only worn them for one night but seemed to have slept much better.

Have always struggled with glare whilst driving at night, purchased the Dusk lenses and they’ve made a huge difference!

The tint took a little while to get used to but its so worth it. I’ve always struggled with nodding off so was a no brainer to try the 120 day trial. Wish I found these sooner! Definitely recommend if you struggle with getting to sleep.

I’ve been wearing the Dusk lenses for two weeks now. They certainly help me drift off easier, I also feel way more relaxed even 10 minutes after putting them on.

After taking part in Dougo’s study, which included a control week to compare to the weeks with the glasses, I can safely say that I found getting to sleep a lot easier and my quality of sleep was a lot higher! I admit that getting used to the colour took a couple of days but they are now a non-negotiable part of my sleep routine!

As a daytime screenaholic and a night time insomniac...I can't recommend Dougo's glasses highly enough. They have been a real gamechanger for me and the quality of my sleep has vastly improved.
I can happily say they far exceeded my expectations in terms of effectiveness and quality. The frames are
plant-derived and all vegan packaging including the case.
I also appreciated the 4 week ‘Rhymicity’ course that came with my pair👍 Planon ordering for the rest of the family😎

My headaches are now non existent! Really impressed with the quality of these frames. Let's hope they last longer than my old pair of blue blockers!

I purchased these to help with driving as I struggle with the glare at night. Now I won't drive in the dark without them!

Purchased these during their crowdfunding campaign last year. Well worth the wait. I work under bright lights in the evenings as a barber so these have been a real lifesaver. Would certainly recommend.

My last blue light glasses were effective for about 2 months until the coating started coming away from the lens. Although I've not had these for 2 months just yet, I'm over the moon. The relief lenses are great for late afternoons and they actually help me with night driving too! LOOOVE the cork case, nice touch. If I could say one thing I'd like improved is the lack of frame colours to choose from.

Ordered the screen+ lenses with prescription fitted so was surprised at how quickly they turned up! Really good quality - would recommend to anybody struggling in front of screens!
