Do not do business with this company. they say on their web page they offer refunds if there are sizing issues. Well i have 2 coats that do not fit. So i go on to start the refund and it only offers an exchange OR an in house gift card. I have stopped filling out the return form and have emailed them to see what their response is going to be. If they will not give me a refund for the 2 coats i cannot use (the sizing is way off) then i will be calling the CC company and getting the charge removed.

Ordered a sweater WITH SLEEVES for my dog. They sent the wrong sweater. It was the same color but had a different braided pattern and had NO SLEEVES. It was also too small because their size chart is off. I spoke with customer service and sent them the picture they showed on the site of the sweater I had purchased- WITH SLEEVES. They informed me they will resent the proper sweater in the proper size for a ONE TIME FREE REPLACEMENT... a few months from the initial purchase date, it is now warm outside, I finally got the replacement sweater... it is wrong AGAIN. They basically sent the incorrect sleeveless sweater in the proper size, now.

Their site says they will provide refunds but fail to inform you that the price to send the product back to CHINA in order to get the refund is the customer's responsibility and is far more expensive.

Needless to say. I do NOT recommend buying from here. I would put zero stars if I could.

The return/refund policy is ridiculous. Stay away from this company! Wish I read the reviews before wasting my money.

The first harness I purchased did not fit my Dachshund. The customer service representative kindly replaced it with a new one.

Amazing company! I ordered the wrong size for my dachshund and their customer service was quick to respond to my email. They offered me a free size exchange and sent me confirmation of the new order on the way. Excited for the new gear and would definitely recommend this site!

Good communication

I ordered a jacket for our dog, and it was way too big. We loved the item, but there was no way he could wear it. The customer service agent responded quickly to my email request, and offered to send a replacement if I would submit our dog's measurements. Very happy with the outcome!

Very prompt and well laid out assistance with exchanges. I needed a slightly larger size and they gave me a one time free of charge replacement, no cost at all. Very much appreciated! The hoodie I had purchased as well, absolutely splendid!

The boots I ordered didn't fit at all and the customer service offered to replace them at no charge, when we determined that the boots I wanted don't fit they offered me something else of equal value for free! Great customer service, but sad the boots didn't work out.

I ordered a jacket from Dixie which turned out to be too small, they immediately sent a sizing chart and said they would send out the replacement at no charge to me ! That was extremely generous of them , and a big relief to me

We ordered boots for our dog, and they were a bit small. The customer support team was extremely polite and helpful! They helped us determine the right size and sent a replacement set of boots at no cost.

I had ordered a harness for my mini doxie and the quality was great, but it was just a bit small. So I contacted the email provided to do an exchange and received a quick response. They were very helpful and offered to send me a one-time free replacement. I was very gracious for that. The product is great, but definitely make sure you get your doxie’s measurements before ordering. Also, I would recommend going a size up just in case.

Customer service was great, they were very helpful when the jackets and boots I ordered for my doxie didn't fit quite right. Appreciate their flexibility and willing to go the extra mile to make it right.

The customer service is wonderful. I ordered a jacket which was too small. I asked how to return it. They said to send them the measurements and they would make sure I got the right size. Not only that, they said to keep the one I got. I gave it to a friend who will now also be a customer. Plus, the outfits are adorable!

Never received product. Said I needed to take it up with shipper, but shipper said I needed to take it up with merchant. Doxie Sent pictures of where they said they delivered but no identifying info in the pictures. Drove around for hours trying to find a house to match the pics, but nowhere near us. Kept getting the same emails in response to my requests for refund or replacement merchandise or to speak to someone higher up, or they just wouldn't respond. If the good reviews are real I would be surprised.

The booties I ordered were the wrong size and Doxie.us told me what I needed to do - measure more correctly and they are exchanging the right size pair for my little furry Doxie without my having to ship back the first incorrect one!! Great service!!

Unfortunately these very well made dog booties did not fit our dog....however, the customer service was fast and professional and we look forward to receiving another pair.

To update my experience: my credit card cancelled payment to Doxie world at my request. This happened ten days ago. Neither my card company or I have had any contact from Doxie World.

The above is from January of 2026. Further experience with Doxie World has been extremely negative. They kept trying to repost their charges to my Discover Card, more than once. I appealed to Discover Card and they asked Doxie World to present some proof of an attempt to solve my complaint I understand that Doxie World never responded to Discover Card.
Ultimately Discover Card ruled in my favor but it did cost my time and annoyed me immensely at a merchant could be so unprincipled.
