Doxie.us is the absolute best place to order for your precious dachshund. They have met all our needs from bed, carriers, lifejackets and more. They completely understand the needs of a short/long dog. Staff is supper nice and quick to meet your needs!

Ordered a collar for my doxie that ended up being too big. I emailed the company and heard back within 12 hours with an offer to send her measurements and they would send a new one. Once I sent them they gave me a couple options that they felt would fit, again heard back within 12 hours. I will surly order from them again.

Doxie harness set

I ordered my chiweenie a harness for dachshunds since she can’t fit well with other harnesses. The won I got was too small. Customer service was very prompt to help. They are sending me a larger size replacement without sending the other one back. I’m so pleased with this company. I will be happy to order other items when I need them. Deb

I placed an order on January 30th and still haven’t received part of it. So not only do I not have the items but I’m out 98$. I’ve emailed this company multiple times with no response. I do not recommend ordering from them.

I ordered a coat and the measurements I used were wrong but they fixed it and sent me the correct coat. I live in Florida and my dog was going to Vermont with me and never has been in the cold or snow. This was perfect.

We ordered the Doxie Walk Harness in what we thought was the correct size. After trying the harness, we discovered it was too big. We wrote to customer service and they agreed to send a replacement harness at no cost. Have not received replacement yet, but it is on the way. I give them 5 stars for their quick responses to our emails.

I received my matching set of red harness/leash/poop bag. The poop bag is a complete different color than the leash and harness. I emailed them and they advised there was nothing they could do. Customer service could use some work and I don't recommend spending the money on a this "matching" set.

Although the first jacket didn't fit correctly they were able to replace with a different size. This fits perfectly and being of great quality it will last for years.

The dimensions were off and I have been unable to connect with anyone. They are made in Asia and take an extreme amount of time to arrive. The website says it doesn’t exist. They are expensive and I would not ever purchase from this company.

Excellent and personable customer service. Got my snow boot replacements speedily despite coming all the way from China! Can’t wait to use them in the winter! My sausage dog loves his harness also.

I put in an order on 03/05/26. Today is 04/16/26 and I still have no package. I had no idea this item shipped from China when I ordered. If I had known I would have never purchased from them

I ordered two harnesses for my dogs. They arrived in a reasonable time but too large. When I called to exchange I wS treated with excellent customer support. They quickly agreed to send two of the right size. I will be a repeat customer.

I purchased the Doxie backpack which despite the tight closure, the little guy escaped. The quality of the product was decent, but question whether suitable for this breed. Contacted customer service which has thus far been outstanding. They are trying to make this right. Incredibly responsive. For this reason, I give them 5 stars. Product not so much - gravity doesn't work in this case.

Great communication with the company via email. Make sure you size up or even better, email them your dogs sizes to ask them what size you should get before you purchase because they definitely run very small, however the items are good quality and the company are great at communicating. First time around the sweater I bought was too small (I ordered XS; based on my dogs typical sizing) it was way too small but they sent out a free replacement as an apology after asking for my dogs measurements (they send out a M)

I love the quality of the products I've received and that means a lot! The one time I picked the wrong size, I contacted them and they reached back out that same day and made it right. I definitely recommend this company!!

Doxie.US customer service is GREAT! We ended up getting the wrong raincoat size for our little guy but Sharif was a huge help and offered a free replacement. shipping did take a while but other than that no other issues

I’m very pleased with Doxie.us, especially with the dachshund sponge ramp! My 15 yr old Goober runs up & down so easily* Thank you for making this especially for Doxies! Sharif is so helpful with everything to make sure all my questions are answered, being very thoughtful with customer service.

Bought an item based on my dogs actual measurements. What they sent was way too small. Then they recommended a size to me and sent another one. It was way too big my dog couldn’t even walk in it. Now they refuse to fix their mistake. Don’t waste your time or money on this company. Customer service is terrible, and the clothes are cheap and won’t last… if they fit.
