Doxie Avis 

This company has deceptive business practices. They advertise as a .US, United States website, but are located in China. Their contact number is a 212 number for New York. Also, would not same day cancel after contacting through email. Stated to mail back after receiving for refund. Also, would not respond if there would be a tariff fee due upon delivery. Deceptive all around.

I ordered a harness for my Doxie. I ordered an extra small. When it came I found it not easy to put it on. It had to go over his head and then put his legs in. I held on to it for a few days thinking I was doing it wrong. But no, I tried it again and it’s not easy to put on. I contacted Doxie Warehouse to return it. Because it was past 20 days they wouldn’t give me a refund. They gave me a 20% off code for another purchase. As much as they think that was a nice gesture I’m not interested in purchasing another product. I now have a useless brand new $30.00 not including tax snd shipping costs harness!

I wrote them back stating I don’t want a discount code for future purchases I want a refund.

I will never purchase or recommend this company to anyone.

Also, I found dashund size harnesses and clothes right in petsmart. So this company is not that special.

I believe the glowing reviews are untrue. I ordered a carrier and it was so big it could have held a labrador - but not my overweight miniature dachshund. I asked the company to tell me how to return the item - and they said I could have a bigger one. I explained my dog was too small and they just ignored that and said to pick something else. I do not want something else.

I had to contact customer service to get the correct size life jacket for my doxie. They were very helpful and quick. I’m definitely going to purchase 3 more life jackets for my other dogs.

I ordered a new harness for my doxie but unfortunately it was too small. No problem they said, just send her measurements and we will send you the correct size! I am very surprised there is a company that doesn't require you to send the original one back first. I'm impressed for sure and very happy to do business with them!!!

I received my super cute Doxie onesie for my dog. It was however too small. Dixie requested her new measurements and is sending the correct size. Very good customer service.

My dog gets lots of attention and compliments on his vest and I love the fast shipping.

The backpack I ordered to carry my doxie is perfect. Quality carrying backpack, sturdy and roomy. I ordered the wrong size and when I reached out to customer support they were very responsive and generous in their exchange policy. This will be my go-to site to order doxie items.

Lovely company. The harness I got was too big, and they made it very easy for me to just-send my dog's measurements and they are about to send me a new one. It took a little longer than I expected for it to come through usps, but that's not the company's fault. Thank you! I love Doxie

Very disappointed in the service regarding a return/exchange product that arrived defective. After 4 emails requesting return I’ve still yet to receive any communication. Do no recommend. No longer a customer.

Ordered a back support brace for my Dixie and it arrived quickly. It’s made of good quality material. I did have to exchange it because it was too small. Their customer service was excellent. Very friendly and understanding. I would recommend this company.

Overall I like the product and dachshunds are hard to shop for. The 2 star rating is because they use customer service needs (returns, exchanges, etc) as leverage to score positive reviews. The measuring scale was waaay off on the Frostguard jacket, so I requested a larger size after it arrived. They will only send it to me if I write this review. That is a pretty manipulative PR stunt and I've chosen not to reward their tactic.

Now you know why they have such high ratings.

Outstanding customer service with prompt email responses. They are highly accommodating to customers' needs, and their products are beautifully crafted and of excellent quality.

I followed the measuring instructions on the website, and ordered up for my pup so I could put a layer underneath in extra cold weather. However, it is so snug that I can't zip it closed. Doxie is replacing it with a larger one with no hassle, and now some smaller dog at the Humane Society will get a brand new coat, too! They made it right.

Ordered the wrong size and customer service was great. Easy and quick solution!
