What an awesome company, we bought the wrong size, they are replacing it with no hassle and for this one time mistake they don’t need me to send the wrong size back. I will blessing another.

I ordered 2 snowsuits, but they were too small. They quickly corrected my mistake without question.

Package has taken forever. Had I known it would ship from China I never would have placed the order. (I don't have a problem with this being made in China, but shipping from there is often dicey and NEVER timely.)

The tracking number provided is untraceable, so I don't know who is the shipper. The package made it through the US, but has been sitting in Orlando for 5 days waiting to be handed over to USPS for the last-mile delivery. There is no shipper to call to see about finding my order. For all intents, it's lost.

UPDATE: I reached out to the vendor three different ways hoping to get through. Quite surprisingly, I succeeded with the last attempt because the package got moving the next day and was handed over to USPS for delivery.

And, by the way, the sweaters are very well-made and our mini-dox loves them.

I ordered two jackets for my dogs, I overlooked the sizing, however, what I got did not fit my boys. I reached out to their customer service email 8 days ago and still no response to exchange the order. I still want the product and I have fully admitted I ordered the wrong size. I just wanted to send the ones I got back to them and receive the correct sizes. Several emails and still no response about the exchange. Also trying to get this done before I get the "this has gone past the 30 days"

The jacket I received is too big because I ordered one size up. I contacted customer service and they agreed to send me a replacement. The materials is great and I love the harness as part of the jacket. It makes it easier to put on. The only downside is that it takes a little longer to receive.

Had gotten my dogs jacket in the mail and it was a little big on him but they have been very helpful in getting me the correct size needed for my dog. Thank you

Great service helping me get a new size.

This company is taking way to long. They printed a label and after 10 days it still has not made it to the Post office. Probably a scam

Good and cute coat. Excellent customer service. Excellent return policy. I originally bought a sweater that was too small and I had no problem exchanging it for a larger size.

Have some common sense people when reading reviews...do you think every person that writes a review just happened to have a coat that didn't fit and the company just sends them all new ones? This company is based in China, therefore all communication is done whilst you are sleeping, then it takes production time and let's not forget about the week long trip to the US, but be assured they will create a label in NY to be able to tell you that the item is on its way to you.

The jackets are great quality and fit the length of our mini doxies perfectly! The staff was also very helpful with facilitating a return for a jacket.

This company was so great to work with. They help with a replacement so easily. Highly recommend. Will definitely order again!

Though have not used the harness, yet, it seems well made and as advertised. I contacted customer service a couple of times, there was a quick response as well resolving my questions & concerns!

A wonderful company to deal with. I had a problem with the coat I ordered. My dog would not walk with it. They told me to keep the coat and select another at no charge and free shipping. They helped me pick a coat that would be both comfortable and warm. We had numerous emails back and fourth to come to a decision. Wonderful company.
