Received an item that was too big due to my sizing error and the company was quick to take care of it!

Part my order was out stock and did not arrive . So when I contacted customer services this was sorted and new item sent out . Nice jacket but had to be returned as it was too big. Looked good quality jacket .Again customer services has helped to arrange for new jacket to be delivered . Bought crab toy too but it's for Xmas present so not been used yet.

This was the best customer service experience I have ever had. My little doxi has a severe back injury and had surgery, i saw this back brace and ordered it right away, i ordered the wrong size and they were so polite and caring about my situation and immediately sent me out the right size for my little baby, we are both so very appreciate. I was taken back by such compassionate people who work their and it feels good to be treated with such respect and graditute. I can't thank you enough for all your help, i actually got a bit emotional, people that care. Thank you very much, I will never forget this experience. And you have the most cutest stuff for doxis, i will be forever a customer.

Tried to buy a IVDD back brace for My dash hound they sent me a notification that the item had been shipped only to find out that they don't even have the item that they're going to, evidently produce it at a later day and then ship it 3 weeks later Don't do business with these people. They are shady out of the USA. I think they're based out of China or India. Bad news

Wonderful customer service! I ordered my dog a vest that was too small. I contacted customer service to do a return and they told me, no need to send the vest back, they would send me a new one in his size for no extra charge! Thank you Doxie.us! I wish more companies would treat their customers like this.
