Drainage Online Excellent, Fedex not so good
Title says it all really. Drainage Online dispatched the goods quickly. Fedex tried to deliver but nobody in. The left a card so no complaints there but I happened to contact DO as I hadn't seen the card. They asked Fedex to redeliver and leave parcel around the back of my house. Fedex attmpted another delivery and then took the parcel back. Ho hum.

Guttering for my Barn
Having re-roofed our 60-feet long Barn we needed guttering. Having searched the Internet, Drainage On-Line provided, by far, the most cost effective solution. The website was easy to research and I found all the items I needed simply which aided hugely my cost comparison with other suppliers. Having selected Drainage On-Line and placed my order (again, a simple and efficient process), all the items arrived safely and within the stated 24 Hour period. All in all an excellent service and Drainage On-Line is a company I would happily recommend and use again.

Definitely one of my best experiences of buying online. A great range of Floplast guttering and fittings with clear descriptions which made ordering so easy. Delivery was fast and everything arrived well packed and in first class condition. I had over ordered through miscalculation but the returns policy was straightforward. Staff were helpful and friendly both in emails and on the 'phone, and the refund was prompt. Perfect service all round with the bonus that the goods were of excellent quality and very good value.
