Very helfpul and efficient service, and excellent products
As a general DIYer I contacted Drainage Online for some guidance on their products. The chap who I spoke with (sorry, I can't recall their name) spent a good 20-30 minutes on the phone giving me some invaluable advice. None of which was to push their products on me. However, after the guidance I placed an order. All items were of excellent quality, delivered promptly and very competitively priced. Would definitely use again in the future. Thanks

From looking at the drainage items online to ordering, delivery information and actual delivery (which is included in price and not an ADD ON) all went exactly as they said it would. The cast iron 110mm drainage fitting was very well made and finished and very accurate size wise.

Poor delivery
Goods were fine. Speedy delivery. However the delivery company and Drainage online did not follow the instructions given. This caused massive problems. Very poor and irresponsible!!

"Grate" stuff
Couldn't be happier with the products and service I received from Drainage online.
The website is clear and easy to use - and having pre-made packs (e.g. patio pack) with the bits you need (end caps, down pipes , corners etc) was great for me as a novice.
Everything arrived fast and efficient.
Overall; great product, easy purchase.

Service is ok but would be greatly improved by giving customer regular updates
There is a problem in that once the order is taken nobody tells you when it will be delivered, in my case it came directly from the from the the supplier which is fine , but nobody gave me a firm date when it would be delivered until I rang you company to find out how the order was progressing .

Excellent with prompt delivery and good customer service
I ordered some guttering for a project where I wasn't entirely sure what I neded, so ended up with a few bits left. Returning them was very easy, and I received a prompt and full repayment for them, only paying for carriage. Very good service.
