Draker Lettings Avis

It was a really great experience with Mo kanso , he was very professional and very friendly and helpful when i need any help or information he was always there! I am really happy with my experience with him i hope all the best for you Mo!

We had a great experience with Ben Spanton: we arrived with no experience of letting market and once we stepped in the Fulham agency Ben explained us everything we had to know and arranged us a view of a property that suited perfectly on our needs. He followed us during the whole process and was always available to answer to every question we had! Great!

Jack Stone and his team were great in finding a reliable tenancy for my lovely flat in Chelsea. Always ready to clarify any my doubt and to keep on in arranging any other issue related to the documents and certificates needed. Although I chose to manage the flat personally, I know I can count on Jack’s team (Jordana, Charlie, William and forgive if I don’t remember the other’s names). Thanks for everything, o will definitely strongly recommend Draker for a safe tenancy!

I had an excellent experience with George Mikhailenko. He was highly efficient and professional. I very much recommend him.

Writing a review for Thomas is an absolute pleasure. Although I haven't rented a room through him, his helpfulness and kindness have left a lasting impression on me. Thomas went above and beyond during my search for a rental property, offering his generous assistance and valuable insights. His patience and understanding throughout the process were truly remarkable, especially considering my initial inquiries might have caused some confusion.

Despite the change in my circumstances that led me to not proceed with the rental search, I want to highlight that Thomas's support made a significant impact. His willingness to help and his kind demeanor have genuinely touched me. I am grateful for his understanding and his dedication to making my experience a positive one.

Thank you, Thomas, for your remarkable assistance and your warm-hearted approach. Even though our paths didn't align this time, I have no doubt that your professionalism and helpfulness will leave a lasting impression on others as it did on me.

Will is one of best agents I have meet in London. He made a perfect plan in advance for the viewing according to our needs, and we had viewed three nice flats in two locations in just one tour. And he printed all the files for us as well, even offered us a lift to the tube station after the viewing. As I said, he is the best!

It has been a relief and pleasure to work with Thomas and Draker Lettings.

Thomas is professional, engaging, and dedicated. He was attentive to my needs and helped me find the best housing situation.

I wholeheartedly recommend working with Thomas and Draker Lettings.

Ben is absolutely fantastic! He has helped us relocate from the states to the U.K. With ease and was available for all of our questions. Cannot recommend Ben and Draker Lettings enough!

Ben was absolutely amazing in our flat search experience. Timely, responsive, and knowledgeable he informed us of the entire process up front. Further he was available to assist us with any follow up questions. We love our new flat!

My experience with George as a first time renter has been seamless due to his patience and helpfulness. After just one viewing with George he advised me on everything from placing an offer to explaining what I would have to sign. I am extremely Grateful for his hard work and I love my new flat!

George has been very helpful in the process of looking for a flat. He was available almost 24/7 and always remained professional and informative. Having had experience with many property agencies in London, this one undoubtedly proved to me that a customer-oriented approach is still possible in the London market.

As an international student, I struggled a lot to find a place in London. However, Jordana from drakers was a life saver. After interacting with about 20 real estate agents, Jordana was the only one who prioritized my needs. She answered all of my questions and was very supportive throughout the process.
From the moment we submitted our application to the signing of final contract, she was attentive, patient and maintained good communication throughout. The whole process was smooth and speedy. I highly recommend her!

George truly simplified our rental search in London. Not only did he impress us with his excellent communication and swift response times, but his in-depth market knowledge and professionalism truly set him apart.

His understanding of our needs and his dedication to meeting them was exemplary. His ability to efficiently and effectively operate led us to secure our perfect apartment within a mere 24 hours - a testament to his commitment and exceptional service.

Feeling valued, prioritized, and comfortably settled into our new place so quickly was a refreshing experience. For anyone seeking a seamless and speedy real estate journey in London, we wholeheartedly recommend George.

the estate agent was very attentive to my enquiries and helped me a lot during the whole process. he also was able to answer all my questions regarding the property and different bills that would be included.

I had been struggling to find a place in London, and Will made the process easy and worry-free. When the flat I was inquiring about was no longer available, he called me to gather information about my search and sent me the perfect flat. In less than 24 hours I was all set. The instructions are clear, and he really goes out of his way to answer all the questions, even the silly ones to make you comfortable. The communication is fast, all the paperwork is done efficiently, and it is a rare human agency in London. I can only recommend it and Will if you are looking for a flat.

My experience with George has been phenomenal. He has been absolutely hands on and proactive.

He has dealt with all matters with utmost professionalism and he is one of the best agents I have come across.

As a student who was overseas, it has been a challenge looking for apartments but George has ensured to address every query and has been really helpful.

I would highly recommend this agency.

During my search for a property in London, I met George Mikhailenko from Draker Lettings by chance, and during our first phone call, George demonstrated his professional communication skills. After clearly understanding my needs, he quickly organized viewings and searched potential properties for me. This made the process of finding a property in London very comfortable.

When I first came to Draker Lettings, the staff were very professional and friendly. George drove me to the property location, no more waiting on the road, patiently answered my questions along the way, such a sincere and detailed communication, really makes me feel at ease. After the viewing, George drove me back to their office. George's professionalism made the whole process very efficient and easy to understand, as I am an international student, and he answered all my questions about the details of my offer, completed the offer according to my wishes, and submitted it to the landlord in the afternoon.

Even though there were other offers in the middle of the process that made the process a little bit interrupted. But when things turned around, George contacted me immediately and completed the tenancy agreement on the same day. Without his help, it would have been difficult for me to find such a suitable property in the competitive London market.

In the subsequent process of payment and submission of reference letters, again with George's meticulous communication and selfless help, he listed out for me one by one, what kind of letters I needed, and what kind of information should be included in the letters. It was really detailed and easy to understand, and I was really touched by his professionalism and responsive attitude.

Efficient, objective, positive, optimistic, patient, meticulous, helpful, and professional - all these can be seen in George. Once again, my sincere thanks to George Mikhailenko and Draker Lettings.

George has been very professional, patient, and helpful in guiding me throughout the whole renting process. He always makes himself available to answer my numerous enquiries. With his help, my search for a new flat was really smooth, and this was such a great experience!

Will was extremely helpful and made everything seamless. Everything was as straight forward as possible and appreciate the great work of Draker!
