This company is the worse! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! The dress I ordered for my son's wedding was supposed to be Burgundy, and it came to me in RED! I immediately requested a refund, they said there was a $40% restocking fee, and I needed to pay to ship to Dubai - that is not where this product was shipped from either - THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM. Not to mention, it was not made well and didn't match (in addition to the color) the dress's design - time to change your facebook name and shop since you keep getting called out for it! Guess what? I have a huge family, and they will spend all day writing terrible reviews - sure hope your cheating ways will be addressed - if not by the companies that sell your crap, hopefully by seeing all of my TERRIBLE reviews!

This company should be embarrassed.
I spent $207 on an order, and their response was to offer me a measly $30 refund while expecting me to pay $140 to ship the item back to Dubai with the restocking and other random fees tacked on I would have spent money to send it back and not gotten a refund. That's not a legitimate return policy—it's a setup designed to make returns so expensive that customers have no real choice but to keep items they don't want. The fact that you they a $30 refund on a $207 purchase is reasonable is insulting. They know exactly what theyre doing, and it's hard not to view it as a scam when the return costs are intentionally made so outrageous.
I genuinely don't understand how anyone running this company can think this is an acceptable way to treat customers. The business practices are deceptive, predatory, and completely lacking in integrity.

They should be ashamed.

This company is terrible

This company is terrible. I should have read all the negative reviews prior to buying the dress. On the photo it looked lovely. When it arrived it was not at all like the ad. The material was cheap and felt like sandpaper. The size was off and the workmanship was sub-par. I tried to return it and the process was insane. It would have to be returned to Dubai, they would take another 40% off plus other charges so for a $288.00 dollar dress it would cost more to ship it and with the extra fee not worth the effort. Plus they were going to give me $30 plus a coupon if I kept the dress. Please don't buy anything from this company. I should have known.

The dress took a while to be delivered. The quality was good and well made. However, the dress actual colors were way off from the website depiction. On there the dress looked very subtle and flowing, but in reality the red was really red (not a berry as shown) and the floral top had a lot of bright yellow and green mixed with a more subtle group of pinks and champagne.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. Not only does the product not match the photo, they don’t respond to emails, they want to charge stocking fees, return fees, and want you to ship back to Dubai at your cost. I understand a small restock fee, but they only want to credit 1% of what you spent. Terrible customer service.

Update while Dreamliky finally responded because I advised them I would dispute the charge due to their lack of responding they refunded me 40 dollars of the 200 spent claiming restocking and shipping fees
They claim I am responsible for. Not only that I. Order to return I have to send it to Dubai rather than the original shipping location. Don’t let their response fool you.

I ordered a custom size dress for my daughter’s upcoming wedding and paid for expedited shipping. I received the address within 12 days. It was absolutely beautiful, excellent quality, it was wrinkled so I had to iron it and it was a little tight in the shoulders, but I can deal with that. I am very happy with my purchase and I would definitely buy from this website again

If Only I Could Give Zero Stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. The dress I received looked nothing like the color or fabric of the one posted on website. I ordered custom after carefully measuring 3x. The dress I received was huge, hsd broken stitches in places, threads hanging out, & runs in fabric. I sent pics to them but they would not take it back, offered me a $30 refund & 50% off next order… like I would ever consider ordering from them again. Don’t waste your money!!!

I will never buy from Dreamylily again

I will never buy from Dreamylily again. First, it took weeks to get the dress and they did a terrible job of allowing me to get status updates of when I would get it. Second, the dress came in WAY too small. When I tried to return it so I could try a larger size, they stated I would have to pay a restocking fee (which they never told me how much) and shipping from the US to Dubai. Their return policy when I purchased the dress said a restocking fee would be charged if I had a multiple item order and was returning more than one. When it came time to actually return it, they changed their policy.

Do NOT buy from this company. The customer service is HORRIBLE. I purchased a dress for 158.xx. When I tried it on the day I got it, it did not fit right and the over all dress looked horrible in person. I reached out to customer service to do the return easy right? Not even close it’s a joke. I’ve been dealing with them for a week now and one option they give is they will give me $15.00 and I get to keep the horrible dress or I return it. I have to pay shipping and they’ll keep anywhere from 20-50% if what I paid. All of this hassle, for a dress that hasn’t ever been worn still has all the tags and original packaging and pictures sent that’s required to do a return AND I contacted them the day I received it!! This company is a complete joke.

I paid for expedited delivery and dress…

I paid for expedited delivery and dress arrived 2 weeks after due date. I had custom made to suit size 12 it was huge more like a 18. The dress was not the colour shown and was meant to have rhinestones but had cheap nasty sequins. The dress is hideous. I contacted them 3 times to get a return address and received no response.

The "expedited shipping" fee you paid applies only to the transit time after the item has been dispatched (typically reducing it from 5–12 days to 5–7 days); it does not shorten the production period. Our dresses are made-to-order and generally require 10–15 business days to complete. If the production time was not factored into your delivery estimate, the actual arrival date may indeed be later than what you anticipated based on the "expedited" option.
There is a significant time difference between our location and yours. Your emails may have arrived during our late-night hours or on weekends, which is why we were unable to respond promptly. Please understand that we did not intentionally ignore you.
We would never refuse to provide a return address. It is possible that the time difference or a missed email resulted in your previous attempts to contact us going unanswered. Please contact us via email again, and we will assign a dedicated representative to prioritize your return request.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.

If there was a rating less than one star, I would rate them lower!!! I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. I paid for the "enhanced shipping". The fit was not right and I didn't like the look of it on me. I contacted them immediately requesting a return request. They responded offering me $12 to get alterations. After several emails back and forth they basically told me after the cost of shipping it back (China-for which I didn't realize that when ordering the dress or I NEVER would have ordered it), and the restocking fee (WHAT?) my refund would be significantly lower than what I purchased the dress for. Hopefully I can sell the dress and get some of my money back because Dream Lily is certainly not going to issue a refund! SCAM

Beware of this store

I ordered a dress for my sister's wedding. It was beautiful in the picture, a Champagne color and tea length. I paid for expedited shipping and for easy return in case it did not work out. What I got was a hot pink, floor length dress that was several sizes too large even though I carefully measured myself and used their sizing chart. When I tried to return it, I was told I was not within the seven day window. The dress is honestly a laughing joke with how bad the quality is. I will never order from them again and want everyone to be aware of their poor quality and that the order you receive may look nothing like the picture.
I just reported this company to my credit care company as a fraud and scam and they refunded my money. This is an option for you if you have not tried it.

Returns are very difficult

I ordered a gown for a formal wedding. I measured myself against all the provided measurements for the dress to select the correct size, but when the dress arrived the bust was very big and did not fit right overall. The return process is very confusing and must be done via email and the customer service team refused to allow me to return the dress, so I am out the $250. I would not recommend purchasing a dress from this company.

I will never order from this company…

I will never order from this company again! The outfit looked nothing like the photo and was poorly made. It also did not fit. I tried to return and totally received the run around with offerings to keep the outfit and receive 10%. After 3-4 times back and forth. I gave in to 30% after they stated it would cost me so much to return the item that “frankly” I should take the 30%. This is terrible and I hope no one else falls into this trap!

I would not recommend purchasing from…

I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

The dress I received was not as pictured. The slit was extremely high to the point that it is not wearable, and the material feels very cheap compared to what was shown online.

I contacted customer service the same day I received it to request a return within their stated 14-day policy. While they advertise full refunds, they do not clearly disclose that the customer is responsible for return shipping — in my case, to Argentina, which is very expensive.

Instead of honoring a straightforward return, they offered only a partial refund and required me to pay for international return shipping, making both options unreasonable and costly.

I reviewed their return policy, and there is no clear statement that the customer must pay for return shipping or that a prepaid return label is not provided. This lack of transparency is concerning.

I am now working with PayPal to resolve this issue.

I would strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this company.

Never order from Dreamlily. Poor quality and rip off return process

I ordered a dress from Dream Lily for a wedding well in advance, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The dress arrived after a month and a half, and the quality of the material was very poor. The design did not match what was shown on the website, and it didn’t fit properly.

When I tried to return it, the process was frustrating. There is no customer service number—only email communication—and getting responses was difficult. They refused to provide a prepaid return label and insisted I cover the return shipping myself, which cost me $48.80.

Additionally, I was not aware the dress was shipping from China. The label mentioned Jamaica, New York, which was misleading. Had I known, I would not have ordered. After spending $177 on the dress and nearly $50 to return it, I’m left with a partial refund that feels unfair.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering from them.

HORRIBLE!!!

HORRIBLE communication and customer service! Waited 2 weeks to be told the dress we ordered and color was out of stock, but no of course they took our payment. Takes forever for them to return messages! 0/10!

Overall a good experience

The dress fit perfectly and was well made. Colour wasn’t exact but that could be due to photo lighting, it is still a lovely fabric and colour.
Maybe allow a bit more time for receiving your dress to avoid stressing out. We had an issue where the tracking number didn’t work but the customer service was helpful with answering our questions.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The quality of the product and the sizing was very different than how it is pictured. The WORST part is that it is impossible to return anything. When you email them for a return label they delay by asking questions about the product and taking days to respond. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
