Dress arrived with broken boning and company refused to refund the full cost of the dress only offering $40 for a $189 purchase. No excuse… just “this is what we are willing to offer you” . Read the return policy… even if the clothing arrives damaged, they don’t have to give you anything back. I’ll never purchase here again. Dress was very poor quality to boot.

Still waiting on refund, MOTHS later, for order that never arrives
Order somewhere else, from a trusted retailer or an actual physical store - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
STILL waiting on my refund, for a prom dress ordered (and paid for) back in April 2025.
I was finally told by email in August 2025 that I would be refunded.
The item never arrived (I have all the tracking information, it was a shipper's error).
I've had to proactively email them and now, here we are in mid-November, and thy have NOT responded to my past two "check-ins" about when my refund will be issued.
$165 + shipping
Never, ever again—strong advise to all, you may love some online store/brand, but suggest you do a deep dive beyond the website "about us" to know what the business model is before you are placing an order.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
I obviously didn't do a thorough investigation of this company and now I'm paying for it - literally! I ordered 2 dresses ($350 total) - it says they have been delivered and were signed for. They are nowhere to be found and NO ONE SIGNED FOR THEM! I have contacted customer service via email and chat; it's been crickets. Not a word. I'm reporting to my bank tomorrow as a scam in hopes of recouping some of my money. Lesson learned - China sucks!

DO NOT BUY FROM DREAMLILY.COM. I ordered two different sizes of the same red homecoming dress. Only one dress arrived after a few weeks and it looked nothing like the quality of the one pictured. Customer service responded to my request to return the item and refund the money of the item not received and would keep leading me on as if they would refund my money. They never did and eventually quit responding to my messages and ghosted me. I am out over $230.

Terrible quality! Also they only sent half my order and claimed they sent the whole package. And you can’t even get a hold of their customer service. Don’t buy from them!

Their pictures do not match the product…
Their pictures do not match the product or size of what I thought I was buying. False Advertising. I bought a $150 dress for my 85 year old mother. I was excited for it, but it did not fit in any way. They company offered $40 for the return. It doesn't cover the cost at all!! Dishonest all around. If they want to sell in America, they need to be able to allow customers to return!

Very flattering dress!
The dress is beautiful and the color was a perfect Royal Blue. It arrived quickly in time for our event. I sized my daughter and used the sizing guide to make sure we were ordering the correct size, and it was perfect. It's true to size.

Perfect for a formal wedding!
I love this dress! It’s so comfortable while still being very flattering. It travels well and doesn’t wrinkle easily. The material is nice, and the fit is perfect. It’s also a great length- I didn’t need to hem it. Overall, it was a great formal wedding guest dress!

Very flattering. Looks like picture on.
Nothing to dislike besides the fact that I bought the wrong size, returning it to get another size but I can tell already that it’s going to fit perfect! The material is very nice, not silky that will stick to your skin and a tiny bit stretchy. The color is bright and beautiful just like the picture. I will suggest you buy it ahead of time to get rid of the deep wrinkles from the tight bag.

A great dress!
True to size and the material is stretchy. I am 5 months pregnant and it fit well and complimented my growing belly. Good quality because it stretched to fit now and will fit after I have baby. Very good quality dress for date night.

Nice dress
Beautiful formal gown. Wore this to a first responder gala and received many compliments on the fit. Quality was good, fitting but not too tight. 4 stars because I wish the top laid a bit more flat, but honestly overall happy with this stress. Royal blue color was gorgeous.

This dress is the real deal.
I wore this dress to an auction/gala at our kids' school. I definitely have a bit of a middle-aged mom-pooch and this dress highlighted all the right spots and minimized the others. Looked super elegant and I received compliment after compliment all night and online when I shared a picture. It fits true to size and is very comfortable. I almost never write reviews--but I need to share how fantastic this dress is! Do yourself a favor and just buy it!

Perfectly elegant
I was looking for a dress to wear to a strictly formal event and this one fit the bill, it stretches to fit the curves of my body but isn’t too loose or too tight . My sister even borrowed it for a wedding and it fit her just as well even though she’s taller than me and a little different body shape. I was able to walk easily because of the leg slit and felt like I looked great

Do not use this company
Do not use this company! Ordered a dress "color shown" which was navy blue (still have the link I used as had shared it with my daughter) and they shipped wrong color - the color next to "color shown" option. Will not honor return nor refund. Now state the dress is not theirs?!?!?? HORRIBLE communication and I'm out $180 for an ugly color dress that I will never wear.

Great dress, but color is off.
Great dress, very comfortable. Lots of compliments. The material is stretchy.The reason for 4 stars is that the color is off- the red dress is MUCH brighter than shown. Still looked good, just wasn’t exactly as advertised or what I was going for.

Elegant dress
Very beautiful design and colour!! Its a nice dress for slim and tall person. Good amount of thickness and gives a nice touch in adding elegancy. Easy to wear. It was long for me and tight around the belly. But overall very good.
