Love this dress

I bought this for a wedding. It was perfect. The fit is great - very flattering. I’ve since worn it for another occasion. I’ve gotten lots of compliments on it. Finding a bra to wear with it took a little doing but I did eventually find one.

Nightmare To Deal With

WARNING! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Dress didn't fit. I tried emailing the company - attached pictures like they requested, and the email bounced back as non-working. Also couldn't find a phone number to call customer service... very frustrating when you're told you can get a refund if something is wrong. Now I have a $140 dress that I can't use.
Feel like I was scammed. The company hides very well behind all of their advertising.

nightmare returning

The return process is a nightmare for me. To start the return process this company listed a not working email for that I could start the return process. Then they offer to me a parcial amount refund of $45 for a dress that cost to me $146. I decline this offer because is unfair and they stop responding to me. I feel so much frustated and disappoiinment with them. I deserve a solution but U do not see

Dress did not fit and customer service…

Dress did not fit and customer service refused to provide the address for a return. I reported to the fraud department of my credit card company and they will be investigating the legitimacy of this company. Many reviews stating the same experience I have had with this company. Do not order from Dreamylily!

Do not order anything from Dreamylily! Fraudulent company!

Before I purchased the dress I read the refund policy because I knew I might send it back. I’ve been trying on several for my son’s wedding. Since the policy stated that I could return the dress by first sending an email stating the reason for the return and also attaching photos of the dress. Supposedly I would receive a mailing label and refund. There was NOTHING wrong with the dress at all. I tried it on once. Now they are telling me they will send me $25 and I should sell the dress. What? I also made sure they accepted PayPal because I won’t order anything unless I can pay that way. Dreamylily is nothing short of a scam. None of us deserves to be lied to by these people. Just the pits. I’m surprised they are still in business.

TERRIBLE return policy. Avoid

I ordered a $160 MOB dress. I did not care for the fit or the fabric and initiated a return. I followed all the return requirements - was only tried on once and had ALL the tags attached which I showed them in an email - but the return was rejected. For no reason at all. They tried offering me $20 to compensate. I rejected this offer and they kept going up by $5 increments. They ended at $45 (for an $160 item). No reputable company has this type of return situation. I informed them that I will be writing bad reviews.

Horrible fit. Can’t wear dress. Empire waist does not sit on your natural waist

I ordered an empire custom dress from Dreamylilly. I got it quickly but it was HUGE. I thought when I provided my measurements (including drop, to indicate my height), the dress would reflect them. The empire waist which should sit directly below my breast, instead sat at my natural waist. I tried twice to return the dress because it did not reflect my measurements and although the reply was very polite it was that they don’t return custom dresses. I don’t think it reflects any of my measurements. So I cannot wear the dress without major alterations so I am out $149. Not happy buyer beware!

I’d give it -0- stars if I could. I requested a return on $150 dress for my son’s wedding. Looked awful on. They offered a $35 ‘goodwill’ refund. I’m still dealing with them. UNACCEPTABLE practice

DO NOT ORDER FROM DREAMLILY!!!

I too am experiencing their shady business practices. I bought 2 dresses totaling $267, I followed their sizing guidelines yet both are too small. I followed their requirement of sending pictures of the problem to the email they provided on their website on March 30. They will not provide me a phone number to call a manager. They initially offered me a $25 partial refund and as of today, after an ongoing email debate, their offer is up to $50. Neither come close to my $267 purchase.
Please save yourself the headache ….. DO NOT ORDER FROM DREAMLILY!!!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I have two dresses from them that I ordered for my wedding. One I was going to wear for the ceremony and one for the reception. They do not fit. They are standard sizes, not custom. They will not honor their own return policy. I paid $261 and they offered me $30!! First they wanted to see pictures of the dress on me and I sent them. Now they are stalling every day hoping I will go away.
They are offering a $30 credit for $261 worth of dresses that can't wear! I wouldn't even donate them because they are so disproportionate. All I want to do is return the dresses for a full refund. They have only been tried on for the photos that THEY required. The bust area is huge and appears to have cardboard inserts. I have never experienced such poor customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Beautiful colour

Beautiful colour, packaged lovely, unfortunately it is too big on me, I have lost weight and I’ll look at ordering again in May as the material is lovely and it is stunning.

This company is not responsive to my concerns

This company is not responsive to my concerns. I have tried to return a dress that had a defective zipper and get a full refund. They have repeatedly asked me to keep the dress for a reduced price. I do not want to keep a defective dress. I have disputed this charge with my credit card company.

I love this dress,

I love this dress,! I looked at this site when my daughter got married 7 months ago but allowed myself to be talked out of ordering. Now that my son is getting married I decided to go ahead and order this dress.
I'm so happy I did! The quality is excellent and I received my dress in just over 2 weeks! I ordered it in 2 sizes because I wasn't positive which would work best. I ended up keeping the larger size even though I will have to alter it a little bit.

Feel like a princess

I was surprised by the material quality. It has a full skirt as it has crinoline added to it. My main concern with this company is I used their try on dresses which would have been fine but I could never get the size that I needed or the color choice. I did get this dress to try on in a different color and took a chance when I bought the color I got. I would say go up a size or 2. This is not the size I would normally wear. Also if you need the dresses fast it took almost a month to get. The try on dresses came in about 5-7 days after ordering.

Mother of the Bride Dress

Custom order made to my measurements. When I put it on it fitted perfectly and I felt like a million bucks. Received many compliments on the day. Customer Service team very helpful and rushed order in time for my daughter's wedding. Customer Service emailed to check extra measurement I gave to make sure it was correct. (I have short neck to waist as I am 157cm tall.) Will order again and recommend to everyone. Impossible to find a well fitting dress to fit mature mother-of-the-bride that is also flattering, but this was perfect. Its not heavy and cumbersome; I was able to help with the grand children, running around no problem. Quality of fabric and quality of workmanship impeccable. You cannot go wrong. Couldn't be happier.

Order the dress true to your size, it runs accurately to your size. Still may need a few alterations . Very comfortable and beautifully made. Great color!

Nice dress.

The dress looks nice on . I will need to alter it as the length is about 4 inches too long for me.

The only reason that did not give 5 stars is that it took almost 4 weeks for delivery.

Bait and Switch company

This is a typical Chinese switch and bait company. Ordered two Mother of the bride dresses early January 2025, tried to cancel the order after waiting 6 weeks for its arrival, only to be told the order had already been placed and was about to ship. After waiting another 6 weeks, the two dresses finally arrived, AFTER MY OCCASION HAD ALREADY PASSED. After contacting customer service to request a refund, they waited another week to tell me I should try to "sell it at a flea market or give it away" as the return would be quite costly. They offered a $20 credit (on a $287 purchase) which I declined. I have contacted my cc company to decline the charge which they are in the process of doing. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LIKE THE OTHER THREE COMPANIES I purchased dresses from who made it virtually impossible to return even though the website had complimentary reviews and a return policy that made it sound like it would be easy. My cc company said they DO NOT LIKE IT when the customer gets the cc companies involved, as it gives them a poor rating for future credit. I hope to receive my credit, although I'm not hopefully, just wanting to make certain others are NOT TAKEN like I was in dealing with a very unreputable company.

I should have read the reviews prior to ordering, I had the same experience as everyone else. It took a LONG time to get my dress, then it was too big. I told them I want to return, I had to send pictures of how it didn't fit me. Then they told me to have someone alter it and/or sell it at a flea market. They said they'd only give me $25 back, dress was $146, then they offered $30....still waiting to get the shipping information to send back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

This company is a total rip rip off!!

This company is a total rip off. First it took over a month to receive my order. I ordered 2 different dress styles, and ordered the size after taking measurements and using their size chart. They were way too big and had a horrible smell to them. I emailed them about returning and they said they don’t refund dresses in ordered in the same size (what does that even mean??). They offered me $30 WHAT? No, I want a 100% refund, as stated in their return policy. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!
