Cirkul Avis 

I made an order on July 31. Have not received it. Contacted them on Sept 1. They were supposed to send out a replacement order. It is September 20th, still nothing. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not order again.

Been drinking anything but water all my life we been only pespi for 7 years now I switched to cirkul in 3 day been 3 weeks ill never look back

The Cirkul sips have great flavor, I can use one sip packet in my large cup. Others I tried had no flavor with that much water. My hydration has improved a lot since starting Cirkul.

Amazing product, reliable support and great habit

I used to drink a disgusting amount of soda. I had been eyeing Cirkul for months and finally decided to make the move. It is no exaggeration to say my life changed with that single purchase. I went from consuming literally zero ounces of water to between 60 to over 90 ounces every day. The variety of flavors keep things interesting and the leak proof bottles mean I can take it with me wherever I go. I could not be happier.

I really love this stuff. Don't get me wrong, when I say I love it. I was never a water drinker but when I tried it. I am hooked. The flavors are so good and it is like drinking pop without the carbonation. It is so worth it. I have tried almost all of them. Again it is so worth it.

Drinking Cirkul help me to remember to hydrate and the flavor makes me want to drink more of it and I do love the fact that I can choose from a long list of flavors

I needed to increase my water intake and needed something more than just plain water so I gave it a try. 3 years and 120lbs later, I’m hooked! I went from a 12 pack of diet dew a day to over a gallon of water each day and was able to be successful at a diet too!

I was really disappointed with how my complaint was handled by Cirkul’s customer service. I took the time to send pictures showing the issue I was having, expecting someone to actually look at the pictures and address the problem. Instead, I was basically told to rinse them with water after receiving defective items on 3 different occasions.

That response felt dismissive, especially after I had already provided pictures specifically so the issue could be properly evaluated. I understand that not every issue can be resolved exactly how a customer wants, but I expected better communication and an actual attempt to address the concern.

I like Cirkul’s products, which is why I was willing to reach out in the first place, but the customer-service experience definitely left a bad impression. The product can be good, but customer service matters too.

For most of my 58 years I have had a "hate" relationship with water. Bland, tasteless, blech. I went from soda to sweet tea to unsweet tea. My husband has been on me for the past few years to drink more water due to some health issues. At Christmas, I bought him a Cirkul as I know he likes flavored water. I can't stand carbonated water and don't use flavor adds due to aspartame which gives me migraines. At the beginning of the summer, he suggested I try his Cirkul. Little did he know he created a monster..lol I LOVE CIRKUL!. No aspartame. No migraines.No weird aftertaste. I went from drinking a gallon of unsweet tea a day to a gallon of water and rarely drink tea anymore. I use 1 cartridge a day in a 22 oz bottle. I do get the 6 fills, starting on a 2-3 for maybe 4 fills, then a 6-7 for one fill, then a 9 for the last. I keep some in my desk at work and some in my work bag so I never run out.

Don't tell my husband but I realized I've been dehydrated for years but I'm not any longer. My skin isn't dry anymore. I'm urinating more often. My mouth isn't as dry and I'm not as tired or dizzy. Most of these issues have been attributed to my health conditions but I'm guessing they were wrong. OOPS ! lol

Here are some things I've learned this summer.

1) Buying from the website is better than the store because there are more flavors and more sales. My average spend is just about $2/per cartridge.
2) Buying from the website requires some planning because of shipping time (I'm guessing it is a small company and filling orders takes some time. Be patient. Plan)
3) If you choose to pay for express shipping, understand that will only cut a day or two off the process. It only affects the product AFTER it ships. Processing time is not expedited.
4) Auto-ship is great if you want to pay full price but keeping it flexible allows you to find the bundles and deals.
5) If you want the discount from autoship, leave 1 cartridge in the autoship, add it it when you want a shipment, let it process, then go in after a week or so, push the autoship out a few months and take everything off except 1 cartridge. That way if you forget about it, you only get charged for 1. I suggest setting a reminder on your phone to check it every so often to either order or push out the autoship to avoid charges.
6) The number of fills definitely depends on the setting and the size of your bottle. My husband has a 40 oz bottle and gets 3 fills set on 3.
7) Try all the flavor brands and find your favorites. I have learned our favorite ones are FitSip, GoSip,LifeSip and Squeeze Lemonade. These seem to have the most flavor and last the longest.
8) Give all the flavors a try, even those you don't think you'll like. You might be surprised. I'm not a fan of Mango and avoided it but found that mixed with other flavors, it really isn't bad and gives the water enough flavor.
9) Understand the stronger flavor a fruit is naturally, the stronger flavor the cartridge will have.
10) All parts of the cartridge, except the foil pack is recyclable.

I struggle with drinking water so when I saw they were running a special for a free bottle & pods & the new singles just paying for shipping, I gave it a try. Usually I HATE flavored water - it has a horrible taste, it's filled with artificial sweetener and just isn't pleasing to me so free was a huge draw for me. I was pleasantly surprised. Flavors I just knew I would hate, like Watermelon, Honey Crisp Apple, Fruit Punch, I found that I love! My favorite so far is definitely Dragon Bliss Refresher. It tastes like a Tiger's Blood Icee! I am however disappointed in how long the sips last. I drink mine on 4 in the 22oz clear bottle WITH lots of ice and I do good to get 2 - 3 bottles and I'm having to turn the number up way before then. I do really enjoy the singles, though. I just wish they would release them in all the flavors. Hopefully in the near future. Also, I hate that replies to reviews are all AI crap & it's the same 2 or 3 no matter how good or bad the review is. I've seen very bad reviews with the response saying , " we're glad you're hydrating with Cirkul!" That's a bad business practice & looks insulting to your customer service! If you truly appreciate your customers, his real life humans to respond to reviews & operations!

OMG. After YEARS of trying all the strategies to drink more water, I finally found what I needed. It’s Cirkul! I don’t get thirsty. I have to force myself to drink water and it’s hard (because soda tastes better). 🙄 But Cirkul makes water taste good! And the 40 ounce tumbler from Cirkul takes it to the next level! From someone who was chronically dehydrated and is now turning that around, you won’t be disappointed if you give Cirkul a try.

I was introduced to Cirkul by my 13 yr old great niece. I can say this was the best solution for me to drink more and more water. I'm sold completely on Cirkul. I enjoy the flavors I've purchased and I don't think I can look at plain water again the same way. My life is in my Cirkul bottles. Cartridges are in my purse and hold a place in my home all their own. I'm a Cirkul girl for life!

I love and appreciate Cirkul. My name is Kerri and I have gastroperisis, however it is spelled. My food and it's nutrients stop digesting after a certain amount of time (likely 3-4 hours after I have eaten) therefore my nutrients do not digest all the way. I drink my nutrients and Cirkul helps me do that. The vitamins, protein and electrolytes are in high demand for my body. Maybe Collagen and such will be in the future, Cirkul? MUCH LOVE ALWAYS

Love it ! All flavors I've received thus far have been great. I have a 32 ounce starter kit bottle. Since receiving it I've been able to drink a full 64 ounces of water with out any sugar spikes . Thanks 😊

I love this bottle I drank a lot of water more than I use to and the flavors are amazing I had the little one first but then I got the bigger one and I don’t leave home without it thank you

LOVE LOVE LOVE Cirkul!! I saw them everywhere and thought why not try it? I was always an avid water drinker but was bored. I didn’t want the hassle of making my own tea and carbonation hurts my stomach. I wasn’t interested in preservatives, food dyes or the sugar in juice. So I gave it a whirl and I am absolutely addicted to the Frosted Refreshers and the soursop aka Guanábana. My husband, who hates water, started taking sips off mine and before I knew it he was hooked too! He’s a fruit punch and strawberry-banana flavor guy. I also love all the different flavors of teas they have which do contain caffeine and make a great afternoon pick-me-up. Yesterday I gave the free 20oz bottle I got from ordering from Cirkul.com and a few starter cartridges to my Godson! I primarily order my cartridges from cirkul.com but also love the convenience of being able to pop into the Wal-Mart and pick up a cartridge on the go as well! It’s way cheaper than the sports drink addiction my husband used to have. I also love how transparent Cirkul is with the nutrition facts ie: what is and isn’t in the cartridge (caffeine, 0 sugar, 0 calories, vitamins, etc). They have a subscription service to make having cartridges on hand without thinking about it and there’s a discount as a perk. There are so many flavors to explore that I am still experimenting but when I settle on my must have favorites I will set up my auto ship. Only thing that I wish is they would get the Frosted coffee refreshers back in stock but I did email them and they promptly responded and said they are working on it! I CANNOT recommend Cirkul highly enough!!

I'm in my late 50's and I've been drinking cokes almost exclusively ever since middle school. Now that I have to see doctors, I've been told that I need to do a better job of hydrating myself with something not so full of sugar. I've always hated water and energy drinks, and I couldn't find anything to replace my cokes. That is, until my wife got me a cirkul water bottle for Father's Day. I've tried about a dozen flavors so far and there's only been one or two that I didn't like. I read that they have about 150 flavors to go through, so I'll have something new to try for a while. They last me 2 or 3 days, and the only criticism I have is that the flavor's strength can be inconsistent. The first sip is great, but if you take a long drink I feel like it weakens as you go. That's such a minor complaint though, because all you need to do to fix it is tip the bottle back and start over. I order the cartridges from the website and it gives me a date usually about 2 weeks out, but so far they've always arrived within a week. I highly recommend this to all my friends and coworkers, and now to you too!

I have health issues, I know I should drink about 1 gal. of water every day but I don't like water it is boring but with my cirkul I am drinking 1 gal a day sometime more. I can change flavor when I want there is no coloring add I love my cirkul I now have 3 bottles thank you for making this. The only problem i have found it the bottle with the starw i didn't like i felt like it just does not work correctly that is my opinion.
